Position summary
The Graphic Designer role develops creative and effective design solutions for customer materials through both print and digital media.
Pay: $38/hour
Shift: M-F, 10am to 6pm

 Designer / Associate Designer &ndash; Designers with industry experience who can take projects from concept to production.

 Senior Designer &ndash; Leaders in creativity and product vision who can guide and mentor junior team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design Director/Merchandiser &ndash; Strategic creative leaders with a proven track record in baby apparel who can set the design direction, build collections, and partner cross-functionally.

 </ul>
 
 
 Key Responsibilities (vary by level):
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Research and interpret trends for kids&rsquo; and baby licensed apparel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create concept boards, sketches, CADs, and technical design packages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional partners including merchandising, sourcing, and production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present design concepts to internal teams and external partners/licensees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure brand integrity, quality, and compliance across all products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor junior team members (Senior + Director levels).
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead overall design direction and manage the design calendar (Director level).
 </li>
 <li>
 Present product to customers in collaboration with Sales team (Director level)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree in Fashion Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of kids&rsquo; and baby apparel, trends, and licensed products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership experience required for Senior and Director levels.
 </li>
