The ideal candidate is a highly skilled video podcast editor who is proficient in editing both long-form and short-form podcast content across Betches Media platforms via Spotify, YouTube, Instagram &amp; TikTok. You will play a major part in the post production of short form social media edits and longform multicam podcast edits, as well as the post production of podcast audio.
Our video podcast editors will work hand-in-hand with producers to develop dynamic content with an eye towards social, and should be excited to infuse their edits with as much creativity as possible. Our editors will also work closely with our social and motion graphics team to ensure our end product is both high-quality and primed for virality.

4+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in-house at a consumer brand, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or creative agency.</li><li>
Experience editing integrated marketing campaigns, branded content, educational videos, paid media, and short- and long-form digital content.</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is required.</li><li>
Experience creating motion graphics and animated assets required.</li><li>
Experience with animation, including kinetic typography, 2D motion graphics, or other animation techniques, is a strong plus.</li><li>
Experience leveraging AI-enhanced creative tools to improve production workflows while maintaining authentic product representation and responsible visual storytelling.</li><li>
Experience with color correction, audio editing, and post-production best practices.</li><li>
Familiarity with sourcing and incorporating archival footage and visual assets.</li><li>

Responsibilities include writing stories for various television newscasts, desk-top editing of video for the stories you write and working to coordinate lives shots from reporters and photographers in the field under deadline pressure.
In addition to writing, the writer will contribute creative ideas for broadcasts and other duties as assigned.
Knowledge of ENPS systems is ideal.
The applicant must have at least 3 years of experience as a writer or producer of television news broadcasts. They must have a college degree in Journalism or Mass Communications, or significant related experience.
 
 
Applicants must demonstrate a facility with language and a writing style that is designed to be off-the-cuff and fun, yet authoritative and credible. Strong writing, video, news judgment, and internet skills are essential.
 
 
Applicants must possess the ability to work well under pressure and work well with others.
