 The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $21-$25 per hour plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate&rsquo;s relevant skills and experience. </h3>Taks and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provides a range of luxury spa treatments to the highest standards in accordance with the spa&rsquo;s procedures and protocols.
</li><li>Provides bespoke recommendations and advice on skincare treatments and products.
</li><li>Maintains hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
</li><li>References and abides by the spa&rsquo;s operating procedures.
</li><li>Greets guests and explains the process of the spa experience
</li><li>Performs spa treatments
</li><li>Reviews and updates guest profile forms and customizes treatments to address guest needs and contraindications
</li><li>Ensures treatment rooms are kept clean and orderly
</li><li>Cleans and sterilizes tools and equipment
</li><li>Possesses thorough knowledge of spa menu and products in order to assist guests by providing information and recommendations on all products and services within the spa.
</li><li>Maintains confidentiality and discretion regarding client's information
</li><li>Ensures products and supplies are used in proper amounts and adequately stocked.
</li><li>Monitors spa equipment and immediately notifies management if there is any maintenance or repair required.
</li><li>Ensures back of house areas are well organized at all times.
</li><li>Communicates operational needs to management, as well as any occurrences involving staff or clients in the spa that require attention.
</li><li>Monitors stock levels, reports any issues to management to ensure there is sufficient stock.

</h3>Skills and Competencies:
<ul><li>Dual license preferred (NYS Esthetics License and NYS Massage Therapy License)
</li><li>Three (3) years&rsquo; experience working as a massage therapist, esthetician in a luxury establishment or with a luxury skincare brand.
</li><li>Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards
</li><li>Mastery of facial and massage techniques
</li><li>Knowledge of high tech treatment devices is an advantage
</li><li>Team player
