<div>About the role:
The Off-Duty Officer (ODO) provides a safe and secure environment for the client. The focus of the ODO is specialized client management with a focus on advanced planning, threat assessment, and problem-solving. Management can be implemented through one-on-one security protection, residential protection, and/or an elaborate tracking or monitoring system. The ODO team is chosen from a cross-section of Federal, State, and local law enforcement to provide security services ranging from Fortune 500 companies to entertainment industry executives, major special events, and any other type of venue requiring a secure presence. The ODO reports to the Operations Manager.<div>
The Off Duty Officer (ODO) supports all divisions of the company, including but not limited to Retail, Special Operations, and Operation.s 
 
In this role, your responsibilities will be: 
<ul><li>Must be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations</li><li>Ability to work independently and provide exceptional customer service to our clients</li><li>Build a safe and friendly setting for visitors and clients in a professional manner, as well as safeguarding client assets</li><li>Observe for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site</li><li>Investigation and surveillance support</li><li>Product escort</li><li>Executive protection</li><li>Perform other related duties as required</li></ul></div>
As a candidate, you must have:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Three plus years of law enforcement experience</li><li>Active/retired law enforcement</li><li>POST certification</li><li>Active CCW and Exposed Firearms permits</li><li>Proof of annual firearms requalification OR annual firearms training course
</li><li>Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client-requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted</li><li>Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm, with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service</li><li>Domestic and/or International Travel up to 50% of time may be required</li><li>Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed</li></ul>

No driving is needed.</li><li>Planning age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games and readings.</li><li>Ensuring a safe environment, bathing, dressing, and establishing structured nap/bedtime routines together with the live-in nanny.</li><li>Providing regular updates to parents regarding daily activities and milestones.</li><li>Support the family trip locally and internationally when the boys' care is needed.</li><li>Maintain professionalism, discretion, and a positive demeanor at all times.</li><li>Perform additional related duties as reasonably requested.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>Reliable transportation and a valid California driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Must be punctual and reliable</li><li>A warm, patient, and proactive approach to childcare.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional childcare provider in family settings or education settings, for preschoolers.</li><li>At least a high school diploma; a certificate in CPR/First Aid is highly preferred.</li><li>Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.</li><li>Ability to provide at least two professional references that can be contacted.</li><li>Passport ready</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Comfort working in a household with dogs.</li><li>Absolute discretion and professionalism.</li></ul>Additional Requirements<ul><li>Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.</li><li>Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.</li></ul>Pay: From $28.00 per hourWork Location: In person
