High School Diploma or related, required</li><li>
1+ years&rsquo; clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting, or equivalent</li><li>
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products and EMR systems</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><div>
As a Team Assistant, you will:</div><ul><li>
Update the ADT missing elements in EMR system by reviewing the ADT exception report daily</li><li>
Participate in stand up/down and records census updates daily into the EMR system to ensure admissions, discharges/deaths, transfers, and changes in level of care, changes in team and/or branch are captured for accurate census</li><li>
Assist the Team Director (TD) by ordering and maintaining appropriate inventory of medical supplies for the field staff</li><li>
Processes DME orders in the EMR system and any ancillary systems</li><li>
Responsible for IDG preparation and assisting the TD as requested in preparing for Team Meeting</li><li>
Maintain close communication with the Medical Director (MD) and community physicians in completing their IPOC/485 documents timely and prior to meetings by leveraging the use of eNote and Collaborator</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
