Purpose of role</b></h2>
<p>

Specific responsibilities</b></p>
<p><b>
Reception and Office Services</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and high-quality guest experience.</li>
<li>Coordinate hospitality, catering, and meeting room setup for external meetings.</li>
<li>Support basic VC/AV setup for client meetings as needed.</li>
<li>Manage office supplies, including post, print, and stationery.</li>

The Case Manager will be responsible for providing residential and long term support services to homeless and at-risk adults transitioning into permanent housing. The Case Manager will carry a caseload of approximately 20 to 25 formerly homeless and/or low income individuals.<br>

CUCS is the lead support agency in the Manhattan Outreach Consortium (MOC) that uses the Housing First model. <div>The Case Manager provides a full range of direct services to clients living on the streets and pursuing permanent housing. The Case Manager will work within an interdisciplinary team focusing on moving people off the streets of Upper Manhattan into permanent housing and successfully reintegrating into their communities. M&R Hotel Management

<p>FRONT OFFICE MANAGER</p><p><b>Temporary, Full-Time &mdash; Maternity Leave Coverage (with potential to transition to a permanent position)</b></p><p><b>SUMMARY:</b></p><p>The Front Office Manager is the department head for the Front Office and responsible for all day-to-day operations including, but not limited to; Guests&rsquo; arrival and departure experience, ensuring that all department finances are reported accurately, maintaining proper PAR levels of department supplies, reporting month-end inventory to the General Manager, maintaining all Marriott and M&amp;R Standards and driving all KPIs. Working alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the Front Office Manager is a member of the Hotel&rsquo;s leadership team and is expected to be both proactive and resourceful when operational obstacles or other concerns are observed or brought to their attention.
