Duration: 7-week Leadership Development Training 
Format: The first 2 weeks (March 16-27) are in-person training held onsite at our DFW (Dallas) headquarters. Weeks 3-5 (March 30-April 19) you will be in the operation for on-the-job training getting first-hand experience of how our logistics operation runs. The final 2 weeks (April 20-May1) you will return to our Dallas headquarters in-person to complete the remaining academic coursework. At the conclusion of the 7-week program you will shift to a full-time Manager level position within one of our operational business units.

The role of Operations Manager involves directly supervising Warehouse, Airport Ramp and/or Customer Service associates. These teams move cargo by push carts, tugs and forklifts in and around our indoor/outdoor warehouse facilities that are located on airport property. This is a roll up your sleeves job that supports a talented team of professionals who ensure goods and passengers arrive on time to destinations across the United States. An Operations Manager leads the team following our structured processes and guidelines, keeping the safety of all our team members first. The Field Human Resources Manager position is a key member of the Operations and HR team, and the purpose of the role is to lead HR initiatives, protocols, and policies within a defined operational territory related to Talent Development and Onboarding, Retention, Leadership Skill Building, Workforce Planning, Compliance, and Associate Relations. A primary focus of this role is to positively impact all aspects of the talent management system across all locations within the defined territory. Human Capital Analytics:

The Manager RN of Labor and Delivery is responsible for administering, analyzing, and appraising patient care delivered within the Labor and Delivery unit. This leader advises hospital leadership on patient care operations, budgetary planning, and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. The Manager anticipates future departmental needs and serves as a clinical and operational resource to nursing staff, supporting education, competency development, and professional growth. This role collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to accomplish departmental and organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Administer, analyze, and evaluate nursing care delivered within the Labor and Delivery unit</li><li>Advise hospital leadership regarding patient care quality, operational performance, and budgetary projections</li><li>Anticipate future staffing, operational, and clinical needs to improve patient outcomes</li><li>Support and educate nursing staff with a focus on clinical competency and professional development</li><li>Serve as a resource and clinical leader for the Labor and Delivery team</li><li>Collaborate with department leadership and interdisciplinary partners to achieve organizational goals</li></ul>

Requirements:
<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of RECENT (within the last year) acute care Labor &amp; Delivery leadership experience required</li><li>Current Texas RN license required</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required</li><li>BCLS certification required</li><li>Medication Learning Module required</li><li>NRP certification required within six (6) months of hire</li><li>AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification required within six (6) months of hire</li><li>ACLS experience in acute care settings including L&amp;D, OR, PACU, ICU, or related units</li></ul>
