Position Summary
The On-Premise Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships within assigned on-premise accounts such as bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. This dynamic, field-based sales role will place high emphasis on increasing product availability in both draft and package format, driving sales, increasing brand visibility, and enhancing consumer loyalty for the Constellation Beer portfolio. Role requires a passion for beer, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to activate brands through education, promotion, and partnership.
This individual will report directly to the Senior Manager, On-Premise Market Execution.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Account Management<ul><li>
Develop and manage relationships with key on-premise accounts within the assigned territory. Individual will be viewed as a local brand ambassador promoting the development of the Constellation beer portfolio.</li><li>
Achieve sales targets and distribution goals by executing sales initiatives, securing new placements in both package and draft format, and increasing volume at existing accounts.</li><li>
Conduct regular account visits to ensure proper product placement, stock rotation, and point-of-sale (POS) material execution.</li><li>
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand CBI&rsquo;s market presence among on-premise accounts.</li><li>
Ensures overarching on-premise strategies and key sales priorities are executed at the highest levels across assigned accounts.</li></ul>
Brand Building and Activation<ul><li>
Plan and execute on-premise events, samplings, staff trainings, and promotions to drive brand awareness and trial.</li><li>
Educate account staff and consumers on Constellation&rsquo;s products, features and benefits, and unique selling points.</li><li>
Conduct samplings at events, retail accounts, and more. Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring CBI and our products to consumers, friends, and family.</li><li>
Activate key marketing programs and brand activation as directed by leadership.</li><li>
Secure distribution for new innovation priorities and develop and execute support plans to drive trial, awareness, and gain consumer feedback.</li></ul>
Market Intelligence and Reporting<ul><li>
Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and consumer preferences within on-premise accounts and report findings with frequency to sales leadership.</li><li>
Provide regular recaps and reporting on sales activities, account and consumer feedback, and event outcomes.</li><li>
Collaborate with local sales teams and distributor partners to ensure alignment of sales goals and execution standards across assigned accounts.</li></ul>
Administrative and Team Support<ul><li>
Maintain accurate records effectively recapping sales calls, account activity, activation feedback, expenses, and market activity.</li><li>
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and distributor work-withs to enhance alignment and market execution.</li><li>
Represent Constellation at local industry events, festivals, promotions, and trade shows as needed.</li></ul>
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent job experience is preferred.</li><li>
Approximately 1 year of proven results-oriented experience in outside sales or within the food &amp; beverage industry preferred.</li><li>
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.</li><li>
Must be at least 21 years or age.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record. Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check is required as a condition of employment.</li><li>
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.</li><li>

The salary range for this role is:
$65,000.00 - $93,600.00

We are currently looking for a driven individual to join our showroom team in Upper East Side as a Lead Sales Associate. We are offering this position on a full-time basis.

As the Lead Sales Associate you will be be responsible for driving sales, providing the highest level of customer service, as well as helping the team meet and exceed targets. You will also be required to step in in the absence of the Showroom Manager.

What we expect from you as a Lead Sales Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assisting the showroom management team in delivering budgeted sales and targets.</li>
<li>Actively developing and growing sales opportunities.</li>
<li>Driving key KPI&rsquo;s by leading on sales and non-sales activity as directed by the Showroom Manager.</li>
<li>Proactively selling the colour consultancy service and providing accurate advice on colour and suitability.</li>
<li>Cultivate strong relationships with the A&amp;D community both existing and potential.</li>
<li>Promote Farrow &amp; Ball and inspire clients through sharing brand stories and technical information.</li>
<li>Maintaining the Farrow &amp; Ball image to the highest standards and ensuring the showroom, stockroom and all displays are neat and tidy at all times.</li>
<li>Lead by example, set the pace and standard in the showroom ensuring that Farrow &amp; Ball Customers receive the highest levels of customer service at all times, serving Customers in a courteous and professional manner</li>
<li>Resolve difficult client issues and escalate to your Showroom Manager when necessary.</li>
<li>Possess a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and consistently follow and enforce company guidelines to Showroom operations.</li>
<li>Shared responsibility for opening and closing the Showroom which includes securing door, successful arming of the Showroom and POS procedures.</li></ul> 

Key Attributes:
<ul><li>Highly effective communicator with both internal and external clients.</li>
<li>Experienced in the driving of retail sales on the selling floor</li>
<li>Exceptional selling and closing skills, having the desire to follow up to close sales.</li>
<li>Experience in luxury retail is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Strong business acumen, with a passion and interest in colour and interior design.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a high paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong visual standards background and inventory management are desirable.</li>
<li>Technical knowledge of paint and wallpaper is a desirable.</li>
