About the role</div></div><div><div>
Export Sales Manager &ndash; Middle Asia is responsible for developing and managing export sales activities across Middle Asian markets (e.g. Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Mongolia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Georgia).<br>
The role combines commercial sales leadership with tender management, contract negotiation, and legal compliance tasks, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth in complex regulatory environments.</div></div><div><div>

Key Responsibilities<br>

Sales &amp; Market Development<br>
<ul><li>Develop and execute export sales strategies for Middle Asia in line with company objectives</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors, key accounts, and governmental / industrial customers</li><li>Manage and grow existing customer and distributor networks</li><li>Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, budgets, and market reports</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and regulatory changes</li></ul>

Tender Management<br>
<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and participate in public and private tenders across Middle Asian markets</li><li>Coordinate the full tender lifecycle:</li><li>tender documentation review</li><li>technical and commercial offer preparation</li><li>pricing strategy and margin control</li><li>submission and post-tender negotiations</li><li>Act as the main commercial interface with tender authorities, partners, and internal stakeholders</li><li>Ensure compliance with tender requirements, deadlines, and local regulations</li></ul>

Contracts &amp; Legal Coordination<br>
<ul><li>Lead commercial contract negotiations with customers, distributors, and partners</li><li>Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Supply Chain teams on:</li><li>sales contracts</li><li>distribution agreements</li><li>tender-related contracts</li><li>Ensure all contracts comply with international trade laws, sanctions, export control regulations, and local legislation</li><li>Support resolution of contractual claims, disputes, and amendments</li><li>Ensure correct application of Incoterms, payment terms, guarantees, penalties, and delivery conditions</li></ul>

Cross-Functional Collaboration<br>
<ul><li>Work closely with Legal, Finance, Logistics, Operations, and Product Management teams</li><li>Coordinate export documentation, customs requirements, certifications, and compliance processes</li><li>Align pricing, discount policies, and payment terms with internal governance</li><li>Support internal audits and compliance reviews related to export activities</li></ul>

Relationship &amp; Stakeholder Management<br>
<ul><li>Build long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, government bodies, and tender authorities</li><li>Represent the company in negotiations, trade fairs, and regional events</li><li>Act as a trusted commercial partner for internal and external stakeholders</li></ul>

Qualifications &amp; Experience<br>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree with relevant work experience</li><li>5+ years of experience in export sales or international business, preferably in Middle Asia or CIS markets</li><li>Proven experience in tender management and contract negotiations</li><li>Strong understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, export control, and sanctions compliance</li><li>Experience working with Legal and Finance departments on complex contracts</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills</li></ul>
