What Does a Typical Day Look Like? Here are your primary responsibilities:

The Analyst, Supplier Ops will drive the process improvement and supplier engagement associated with the rapid assortment expansion of hd.com and subsequent required item troubleshooting. What Does a Typical Day Look Like? Here are your primary responsibilities:

<li>Timely and accurate month-end closing activities and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Interpretation of financial results and metrics.</li>
<li>Contribution to develop actions plans and strategic decisions.</li>
<li>Creation and achievement of annual budget and monthly forecasts.</li>
<li>Continuous review of product costing in order to improve accuracy.</li>
<li>Monitoring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.</li>

What is Needed to be Successful in this Role (Required Skills/Abilities):

<li>Bachelor Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.</li>
<li>5+ years experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and/or external financial reporting.</li>
<li>Established financial analysis skills and problem-solving ability.</li>
<li>Advance Analytical skills, ability to read and translate data into information.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills; must be able to work effectively with peers and higher levels of Company management.</li>
<li>Team player, interact effectively with cross functional teams.</li>
<li>Proactive and well organized.</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.</li>
<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities (Filters, Pivots, Formulas, Graphs, Calculated Fields).</li>
