Own the metric of Attrition and Staff Retention - understand and resolve store level issues that people may face.</li><li>
Train staff in order to keep them abreast with the brand initiatives</li><li>
Guide the local operations team on the cultural nuances - and ways of operations</li><li>
Lead, coach, and develop store managers and frontline teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.</li></ul>

Identify key opportunities like Institutions, Schools, Colleges - potential list of all partners</li><li>
Project manage end to end tie ups</li><li>

Requirements</h4><ul><li>
Must be a Saudi National</li><li>
7&ndash;8 years of experience in retail operations and / or brand management, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or consumer retail sector.</li><li>
Strong understanding of the KSA retail market and customer preferences.</li><li>
Proven ability to lead multi-location operations and manage cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>
Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
Fluency in English &amp; Arabic is required</li></ul></div>
