Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks. Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations in computer system, verifying guest identity, requesting form of payment, assigning room, and activating and issuing room key. Sell a room/accommodation to guests without reservations based on availability. Ensure rates match market codes and that any exceptions are documented. Ensure checks that come from outlets (e.g., Health Club, Retail Shop) are scanned and charged to room.
Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. What Will You Be Doing?

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for primary planning, organizing, coordinating and communicating operational functions in station/Focus City operations. Also serves as the liaison to critical operational departments, both internally and externally, who support the consistent delivery of safe and on time performance.

Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Communicates all operational information to SOC, flight crews, ground crews, line maintenance, emergency response and contract services via ground, ACARS and ARINC radios.</li>
<li>Responsible for coordinating and communicating gate assignments, aircraft towing/movements/parking, and aircraft swaps.</li>
<li>Perform audits daily for all flight paperwork</li>
<li>Plans and communicates cargo and baggage movement and loading to Load Masters and ramp teams.</li>
<li>Communicates passenger capacity or aircraft seating restrictions to Customer Service Agents and station management.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with all FAA, CBP, TSA and USDA regulatory requirements as well as local Airport policies and communicate concerns and opportunities to local station management.</li>
<li>Communicates timely and accurate management of flight information and flight status to all station and Company stakeholders
</li><li>Updates baggage and cargo load statistics via SOWeb and other operations software platforms.</li>
<li>Monitors local and regional weather as it relates to operational disruptions and plan and communicate disruption plans to all station and Company stakeholders
</li><li>Complete daily reporting of all delay codes and delay explanations for station management review.
</li><li>When required, compile and distribute required flight paperwork to Load Masters in a timely and accurate manner.
</li><li>Develops and maintains professional and consistent relationships with all departments within Frontier and contractual relationships outside Frontier Airlines.</li>
<li>Monitor Load Master performance and report concerns to management.</li>
<li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your manager.</li>

Communicate effectively with all levels of the organizations. In executing the duties of the role, claims adjuster will ensure the proper documentation, adjudicate per the terms and conditions of the contract, utilizing available resources, and meet schedule expectations informing management of any changes. General Description and Classification Standards:
Department of Watershed Management&rsquo;s Office of Procurement seeks an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Data Reporting Analyst, Senior. Reporting to Manager I or Manager II, the Data Reporting Analyst, Sr. is responsible for a variety of administrative and operational functions in the areas of purchasing, training, personnel, equipment/inventory, and records management.
Performs reporting and analysis work in support of departmental research, performance reporting, operations management, and departmental operations. Prepares reports by accessing databases or by consolidating data from multiple sources. Summarizes data and provides commentary or observations based on analysis. Enter data into the Department&rsquo;s various software platforms and extracts reports.
Sources of data may be enterprise systems, complex spreadsheets, databases, etc. requiring specialized expertise or training. Note: positions in this class may also perform other related administrative or operational tasks within the organization.
Supervision Received:
Direction received from management focuses on end results and is typically collaborative in nature. Position may plan own work and project schedules and sequences, unless otherwise directed by management.

Work Schedule:
This position follows the City&rsquo;s hybrid work schedule policy as assigned by the Department of Human Resources Commissioner and requires in-person work at City worksites/facilities at least four (4) days per week, with the option to work remotely one (1) day per week, based on eligibility, departmental needs, and supervisor approval. The hybrid work schedule is subject to change at any time to five (5) days in-person work.
