A Barback is responsible to shadow and support bartenders by refilling garnishes, polishing glasses, stacking napkins, hauling kegs, bringing glassware back from the dishwasher. Equivalent of a busser, the barback makes sure that bartenders have everything they need (like glasses, garnishes, stocked bottles, fresh kegs) at all times. They&rsquo;re also on the floor helping to clean up spills and retrieve more supplies.
