The Registry Patient Care Technician provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Collects and transports patient specimens and ensures timely completion of applicable forms.</li><li>

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across the ENT specialty while contributing to a compassionate, patient-centered environment.</p><p><b>Duties</b></p><ul><li>Assist with patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and recording vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.</li><li>Prepare patients for examinations and procedures by explaining processes clearly and ensuring comfort throughout their visit.</li><li>Support physicians with clinical tasks.</li><li>Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment including EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems, and other medical devices relevant to outpatientcare.</li><li>Document patient encounters accurately using ICD coding for diagnoses and procedures to ensure proper billing and recordkeeping.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment while adhering to safety protocols.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, ICD coding, and medication administration protocols.</li><li>Familiarity with EHR systems for documentation and patient record management.</li><li>Ability to perform clinical tasks efficiently while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient service.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly and support patients through their healthcare journey.
