What You'll Do...<ul><li>
Become a subject matter expert (SME) in Progyny claims, utilization, provider network, operational, and financial data, translating complex datasets into actionable insights that improve business performance.</li><li>
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of analysts responsible for delivering high-quality analyses, reporting, and analytical solutions to key operational stakeholders.</li><li>

Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience querying, transforming, and analyzing large and complex datasets (30M+ rows).</li><li>
Experience working with modern data platforms and transformation tools such as AWS, dbt, Databricks, or similar technologies.</li><li>
Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms, with demonstrated experience developing effective dashboards and data products for business stakeholders.</li><li>
