The Team:

Upstart's Marketplace Optimization team builds and scales systems that clear Upstart's marketplace by balancing tradeoffs for borrowers, lenders, investors, and Upstart. We enable borrowers to access credit, and our capital partners to deploy capital efficiently and with confidence.

As the Principal Product Manager, Marketplace Optimization at Upstart, you will partner with Machine Learning to optimize those systems, and work with our engineering and business teams to simplify and automate the operations of the system. You will design experiments to test your best ideas, and be responsible for defining and hitting goals for every side of Upstart's marketplace.

POSITION OVERVIEW

KKR's Insurance Product Strategies team is seeking a Principal to serve as a senior product specialist within the Global Client Solutions platform. The Principal will possess deep expertise across the full spectrum of solutions KKR offers to insurance company clients, including multi-asset management partnerships, reinsurance transactions, product development collaborations, wealth and defined contribution solutions, and strategic capital solutions such as sidecars and joint ventures.

The Deposits Innovation team is charting the next wave of consumer banking. We turn customer insight and market signals into high‑impact product opportunities with impact in a complex and dynamic industry.
As a Product Manager Senior in Deposits Innovation you will drive the exploration and development of next-generation banking frontiers, creating innovative use cases rooted in customer needs and identifying strategic opportunities to position the consumer bank at the forefront of industry innovation. You will synthesize customer insights, market intelligence, and commercial objectives into product opportunities, concepts and capabilities and guide cross‑functional teams through their research, evaluation, and testing. You will ensure that strategy translates into tangible solutions and measurable outcomes in a complex, highly regulated environment.
The ideal candidate is a thought leader in the innovation space, with strong product instincts, data fluency, and a track record of driving from ambiguity to decision. Job responsibilities<ul><li>

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, innovation, or closely related roles in technology‑driven organizations</li><li>
Proven ability to turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear hypotheses, requirements, and action plans; fluency in discovery methods, experimentation design, and test analysis.</li><li>
Demonstrated success taking concepts from exploration through pilot and into scale decisions</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with experience in defining KPIs, building business cases, and interpreting customer, product, and financial data; comfort partnering with analytics and data science teams</li><li>
Excellent communication and storytelling skills; adept at influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross‑functional partners in a matrixed environment; experience steering investment decisions across a portfolio of initiatives</li><li>
High bias to action and ownership; demonstrates sound judgment, prioritization discipline, and the ability to navigate complexity and deliver results at pace</li><li>
