About the Role: We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to help build the next generation of AI-first products for our Short Term Disability product line. You'll own features and initiatives on the STD modules and help execute an ambitious multi-year roadmap delivering next-generation workflows, synthesis, insights, and decision guidance technologies to our disability carrier customers.

About You
<ul>
<li>You are a seasoned Product professional who has built something from nothing at least once, ideally at a company where velocity and scrappiness were the norm. You think about products in terms of the economic and workflow problems they solve for a specific buyer, and you can carry that framing from early exploration through a compelling prototype.</li>
<li>You have gone deep in at least one complex, regulated vertical (fintech, healthtech, legaltech, HCM, or similar) and can speak specifically about how you built that understanding. We care less about which vertical and more about evidence that you know how to learn a complex domain quickly and turn that knowledge into good product decisions.</li>
<li>You are technical enough to contribute directly to working software. On a small team, there is no room for someone who shapes strategy and hands a spec to engineering. You build alongside your engineers using AI coding tools.</li>
<li>You have been a product leader on at least one product where AI was core to the value proposition, and you use AI tools daily in your actual work, not as a novelty, but as part of how you operate.</li>
<li>You are comfortable working with multiple disciplines across multiple teams. You'll be leading initiatives across product, engineering, data science, and CS. You're energized by that breadth rather than needing a single, fixed lane.</li>

Mission
As a Customer Success Manager, your role is to oversee and drive the success of our US clients. The relationship starts the moment the agreement is signed - sometimes earlier - and you'll own it end-to-end from there. You enable, support, and provide oversight for the customer making sure they're able to deliver against the strategic priorities set by executives. Working alongside the client, you drive the adoption of the platform across their teams, manage the implementation project through to go-live, and help showcase the measurable value the solution brings - turning early wins into long-term, organization-wide success and expanded revenue.
What you would do on a daily basis:<ul><li>
Reviewing progress of the customer team against the implementation plan / roadmap, from signature through go-live and beyond.</li><li>
Identifying friction points and blockers, and helping the customer team work through them.</li><li>
Working with the product team on identified platform issues to drive resolution.</li><li>
Understanding the pain points of the client and showing the value of the platform being offered.</li><li>
Managing the account like a trusted advisor - understanding their workflows well enough to be seen as an extension of their team.</li><li>
Partnering closely with the sales team to identify renewal and upsell opportunities and grow ARR and DMR.</li><li>
Putting the client's needs first.</li></ul>
Who you are:<ul><li>
3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or another client-facing role.</li><li>
Experience managing implementation projects, with solid project management skills.</li><li>
Commercial understanding of customer success - comfortable owning renewal and upsell conversations, not just adoption.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills and mindset.</li><li>
Excellent English verbal and written communication/presentation skills.</li><li>
Flexible with working hours - this isn't a 9-to-5 role, and you may need to start earlier to overlap with international teams and US client schedules.</li></ul>
