About the Role
As Principal Product Manager, Transportation, you own the product strategy and execution for the technology that drives Veho's first and middle mile shipments. Your portfolio spans the full TMS suite: First and Middle-Mile Execution, Lane Setup and Management, Carrier Management and Integration, Shipment Tracking, and Check-In/Check-Out processes.
This role sits at the intersection of complex logistics and high-scale software. You will partner tightly with Network Optimization, Under the Roof Product, Finance, and Transportation Operations. Your success will be measured by network-wide cost-per-package mile, on-time arrival (OTA), and linehaul utilization.<ul><li>You are a builder, not just a delegator. You prototype, use AI tools, and ship solutions yourself &mdash; and you design for simplicity because operator adoption is the only metric that matters for tooling.</li><li>You think in systems. A delay in a middle-mile leg affects facility labor staffing, which affects driver launch times. You translate that into product requirements that engineers can build and operators can execute.</li><li>You are an exceptional communicator with high ownership. You present clearly to executives, write PRDs that engineers actually read, and earn credibility with operators by deeply understanding their world.</li><li>You operate with speed, make decisions with conviction, and have a low tolerance for bureaucracy.</li><li>You have a strong mental model for what good PM work looks like and can coach people to get there &mdash; whether or not you have formally managed PMs before</li></ul>
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Portfolio Strategy &amp; Vision: You own the 1&ndash;2 year transportation technology strategy, deciding where to invest, divest, or double down. You author the planning narratives and operating frameworks that define how we move packages between facilities.</li><li>
Metric Ownership &amp; Rigor: You own the area-level metric framework, presenting network health and performance to the Executive team. You create the WBR/MBR operating cadence for metrics-driven decisions, holding teams accountable for initiatives that don't meet ROI targets.</li><li>
Execution You allocate engineering capacity across your portfolio by strategic priority. You make high-level decisions for transportation management systems (TMS) or routing engines and are accountable for the area&rsquo;s overall quality.</li><li>
Management of Leaders: You manage Senior PMs, coaching them on strategy quality and organizational design rather than day-to-day spec writing.</li><li>
Builder Mindset &amp; AI Leverage: You set the standard for AI proficiency within your org. You are a builder, not just a delegator. You can prototype, use AI tools, and ship solutions yourself. You expect your team to move with the same velocity.</li></ul>

8+ years of product management experience.</li><li>

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate&rsquo;s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone B:

Product Manager, Saturn

<div>ECI has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial leadership &amp; contributor role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving Digital project sales, and overseeing and optimizing the complete execution of offshore delivery. You'll introduce clients to ECI's digital capabilities during pre-sales activities, help win deals, transition them into projects, and ensure their success through ongoing oversight and communication between clients, cross-department collaboration with other teams at ECI, and the offshore delivery team.

This is a hybrid role for candidates based in a commutable distance to New York, NY; 3 days in office, 2 remote.

 What you will do:

<li>Collaborate with the Sales team to identify sales-qualified leads and conduct pre-discovery meetings to understand their business and project needs.</li>
<li>Provide feedback and set expectations with the Sales team regarding opportunities and sales-qualified leads, good fit Digital project scopes.</li>
<li>Convert pre-discovery insights and requirements into proposals, working with offshore delivery leads, SMEs, and the Director of Product Management, Digital Services to refine and align proposals.</li>
<li>Optimize proposals through estimate reviews and requirement clarification with offshore delivery leads and architects.</li>
<li>Pitch proposals to prospective client stakeholders, highlighting ECI's digital value propositions as well as describing the scope of the engagement.
