 Oversee project procurement activities, monitor and control changes, and prepare procurement status reports during EPIC execution in coordination with Project Services leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and develop procurement strategies for Long Lead Items (LLIs), define requirements for contractor procurement scope, and ensure alignment with corporate and project procedures and specifications. Monitor and control variations during engineering, tendering, bidding, and execution of purchase orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on engineering requisition status and changes impacting procurement and delivery activities. Coordinate with contractor buyers, expeditors, and inspectors during the procurement phase.
 </li>
 <li>
 Research international markets for qualified vendors, develop evaluation and selection criteria, and participate in vendor audits to ensure compliance with project requirements. Update the Preferred Vendor List (PVL) with lessons learned.

 Attend technical and commercial meetings as required.

 Evaluate vendor performance during execution and ensure timely resolution of procurement-related issues.
