Carry out transactional Supply Chain functions and act as the Front face of Supply Chain to support Maintenance tasks and procure spares, components, complex assy., tools to support aircraft maintenance activities in Qatar Airways Technical.
Some of the tasks include:<ul><li>
Receive Aircraft Materials Requisitions (AMR&rsquo;s), review price catalogues, call for quotes from other approved sources and negotiate for best price, minimum delivery lead time on purchase, loan or exchange basis.</li><li>
Prepare different types of orders including Purchase Orders, Exchange Orders and Loan Orders in coordination with concern stakeholders such as Technical Materials Planning, MOCC, Engineering, Tech. Records, Warranty, Logistics, Maintenance and by applying the relevant GL and CE code 
/conditions/parameters.</li><li>
Ensures to get correct DOA approval as per total order value and accordingly release order to concern approved supplier.</li><li>
Fleet Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for supplier selection providing best price, minimum delivery lead time from Register of Approved Companies.</li><li>
Ensure all shelf life items are procured from fresh stock with a minimum of 80 % SL remaining.</li><li>
Make sure to receive order acknowledgement from supplier within 7 days from order release and follow up regularly with suppliers to ensure overall overdue orders should not exceed beyond 5%.</li><li>
Expedite overdue orders, potential shortage, MDD item orders with Manufacturers/Vendors/Suppliers to ensure supply is made to support operations and mitigate the risk of spares non-availability.</li><li>
Monitor un-fulfilled loan and exchange orders, process the exchange out &amp; loan return transactions and make sure that units are getting delivered to supplier within the stipulated time frame.</li><li>
Communicate and Provide support for Light and Heavy Maintenance events and interact with relevant stakeholders to meet service expectations.</li><li>
Consult and liaise with the aircraft / component manufacturer and repair agencies regarding technical data to resolve or clarify issues related to the parts used during repairs of aircraft parts, tooling and other materials.</li><li>
Management of units in accordance with QR policy, which are declared &ldquo;Beyond Economical Repair&rdquo; units (BER) or technically not repairable by supplier.</li><li>
Keep liaison between accounts payable team, stores quality team to monitor and close outstanding invoices and discrepancy units within 10 days after notification.</li><li>
Communicate and follow up with logistics team, freight forwarders for clearance of air/sea/road consignments.</li><li>
Ensure all one time offer contracts, exchange / loan agreements are being uploaded in QCAS &amp; all relevant details are filled for review with Qatar Airways contracts team.</li><li>
Provide assistance to the AOG desk to clear demands by determining if required parts are available on next higher or lower assemblies as available in stock.</li><li>
Support process improvement initiatives and contribute improving support to customers.</li><li>
Ensure that TPM and departmental procedures are strictly followed for compliance Carry out any other duties within the supply chain section as directed by the FSCO and escalate unsettled issues to FSCO where necessary.</li><li>

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the landscape and construction industry, with a proven track record in managing large-scale and prestigious projects from tendering through to final account settlement.Key Responsibilities&middot; Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents for construction and landscape projects based on architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape drawings and specifications.&middot; Conduct quantity take-offs for civil works, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, architectural finishes, joinery, MEP, and specialist works.&middot; Lead the complete tendering and bidding process, including RFQ review, pricing, bid analysis, negotiation, and timely submission of tenders.&middot; Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, technical specifications, and supplier quotations to ensure accurate project costing and compliance.&middot; Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor expenditures, and track costs against approved forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.&middot; Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure proper scope alignment.&middot; Draft, review, and administer subcontract agreements while safeguarding the company's commercial and contractual interests.&middot; Coordinate material procurement schedules and project requirements with engineering, procurement, and site teams.&middot; Prepare interim valuations, progress claims, variation orders, extension of time claims, and final accounts with supporting documentation.&middot; Manage subcontractor payment certificates and monitor project cash flow and cost control measures.&middot; Produce regular cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and commercial dashboards for management review.&middot; Identify cost-saving opportunities, provide value engineering solutions, and assess commercial and contractual risks at an early stage.&middot; Prepare RFIs, manage technical clarifications, and participate in pre-contract and post-contract meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.&middot; Facilitate a smooth handover of awarded projects to the Project Management team by reviewing drawings, budgets, procurement schedules, and project timelines.&middot; Maintain accurate project documentation, estimating databases, and records using relevant software and company systems.&middot; Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, company procedures, health and safety requirements, and project specifications for both construction and landscape projects..Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;10 years of relevant experience, preferably in landscape and construction projects in the GCC.</li><li>Proven experience in handling large-scale and prestigious projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, contract administration, and commercial management.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimating software.</li><li>Ability to join immediately.</li><li>Valid QID with transferable sponsorship (NOC).</li><li>Candidates currently based in Qatar will be given preference.</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you possess the required experience and are ready to contribute to high-profile projects, please submit your updated CV/Resume to: Email: gir.basnet_hr@oliveraqa.comJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you currently hold a valid QID with transferable sponsorship (NOC)?</li><li>Are you available to join immediately?</li><li>State your expected salary range (QAR/month)?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
