<p>The Manager, Corrugate Packaging Procurement will report into the Group Lead, Paper NA Procurement and interact closely with the cross-functional teams.</p>
<p><b>Job Purpose</b></p>
<p>As the <b>Manager, Packaging &ndash; Corrugate</b>, you will lead all strategic planning and sourcing activities for the corrugate packaging category, which has a total spend of ~$250MM across the Kraft Heinz NA enterprise. You will drive program compliance and create value through Supplier and Contract Management. You will collaborate closely across the business with various Business Units, R&amp;D, Operations, and corporate functions to provide innovative solutions to meet business objectives.</p>
<p><b>Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul><li><b>Strategic Sourcing and Category Planning</b>. Refresh and execute sourcing strategies of Corrugate packaging to include overall market, industry and supply base analysis, category and supplier segmentation, sourcing activity facilitation, analysis, negotiations, contracting and implementation.
<ul><li>The category is locally managed so you own all aspects of strategy creation!</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Project Management</b>. Engages in productivity, cash flow and innovation projects impacting corrugate that may be driven by procurement, the Business Unit or another functional area with a focus on overall Total Cost of Ownership.</li>
<li><b>Supplier Integration/Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)</b>. Works closely with key preferred and integrated suppliers for respective category areas. This may include active participation in E2E opportunity assessment work for targeted integrated suppliers, and subsequent project work that may result in areas of innovation, process improvement or cash flow.</li>
<li><b>Buying Oversight &amp; Transactional Category Activities</b>. Manages transactional activities for identified categories to include entry and management of projects into PNOW, track supplier performance to defined KPIs, prepare communication slides to cross functional partners, peers and leaders.</li>
<li><b>Financial Planning and Analysis</b>. Prepares market forecasts and financial plans for respective category areas.</li>

The Market Data Administrator at S4 Market Data will oversee the administrative functions of client projects and be responsible for supporting the overall service delivery of our managed services with respective clients. This position will manage market data service inquiries from clients as it relates to inventory management, procurement requests and renewals, and supporting the lead analyst with any project/task based related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have market data administrative experience; performing moves/adds/changes in inventory (FITS/MDSL), updating contract/pricing records, and reconciling invoices. Having a financial and/or consulting background for this role is preferred.
</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>
Handle day-to-day administrative inquiries from internal business units and our lead analysts, including but not limited to; entitlement requests, moves/adds/changes requests, inventory management, procurement/legal approval, expense allocation, and invoices reconciliation.
</li><li>Keep an updated inventory of contracts, services, pricing, users, and vendors. Perform month-end reconciliations and ensure that our data is always accurate and current.
</li><li>Interact with the client&rsquo;s various internal stakeholders and business units; technology, legal, accounting/finance, human resources, and investment managers. Resolve any procurement issues.</li><li>
Provide client and project support for our lead analysts and perform analyses or data related tasks in Excel as requested.</li><li>
Support lead analyst with any internal client SLA reporting for regular team meetings and client deliverable updates.

</li></ul><p>Qualifications:
</p><ul><li>Relevant experience in financial services or market data or work experience in consulting is preferred. Knowledge of FITS/MDSL inventory systems is preferred.</li><li>
Experience working with Market Data vendors such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Exchanges (NYSE, ICE, etc.). Intermediate Excel skills are required.
</li><li>Excellent communication and task/time management skills are preferred. Display a high level of time management skills in order to manage multiple and elaborate requests simultaneously.

POSITION SUMMARY</b></p><p>
The ideal candidate will have a background working in the telecommunications industry managing back-haul, fiber, or other large-scale telecom OSP cable deployment projects. Responsible for primarily underground fiber installation, inside plant construction, and utility make-ready. The Sr. Construction Manager will be called upon as the expert on construction issues relating to construction/modification of various dark fiber deployments as well as vendor selection, on-site management, drawing reviews, coordination of subcontractors, installers and customer representatives.</p><p><b><br>
RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>
Managing assigned telecom construction projects including scheduling, reporting, customer facing and vendor management.</li><li>
Lead deployment meetings and work with cross functional teams including engineering, permitting, and construction contractors</li><li>
Maintain project documentation and reporting.</li><li>

Familiarity with test equipment and techniques for performing Bidi OTDR and Power Meter</li><li>
Working knowledge of NESC, NEC and OSHA standards</li><li>
This will require travel to project sites to fulfill the core duties of the role.</li><li>
Knowledge of budget development and execution</li><li>
Knowledge of construction management process</li><li>
Knowledge of engineering and permitting procedures, including regulatory and permitting process</li><li>
