Mission
As a Customer Success Manager, your role is to oversee and drive the success of our US clients. The relationship starts the moment the agreement is signed - sometimes earlier - and you'll own it end-to-end from there. You enable, support, and provide oversight for the customer making sure they're able to deliver against the strategic priorities set by executives. Working alongside the client, you drive the adoption of the platform across their teams, manage the implementation project through to go-live, and help showcase the measurable value the solution brings - turning early wins into long-term, organization-wide success and expanded revenue.
What you would do on a daily basis:<ul><li>

3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or another client-facing role.</li><li>

Strong analytical skills and mindset.</li><li>

Pair is seeking an Organic Social &amp; Community Manager to own and grow Pair's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and beyond. You'll be our in-house voice and community advocate focused on organic content strategy, creative collaboration, and being our brand ambassador.
You'll own the full organic social function: from organic content calendar strategy and channel-specific creative briefs, to community management, creator relationships, and real-time engagement. There will be a strong emphasis on community building: engaging with our loyal customers, engaged audience, amplifying authentic customer stories, and translating community signals into business insights.
What You'll Do
Content &amp; Channel Strategy<ul><li>
Own strategy, planning, and publishing across all organic social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms)</li><li>
Build and manage a monthly content calendar aligned to product drops, licensed collection launches, seasonal moments, and brand tentpoles</li><li>
Partner with the creative team to brief and develop channel-native content &mdash; from polished brand assets to lo-fi, UGC-style formats &mdash; ensuring every post earns its place in the feed</li><li>
Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm shifts, bringing forward-looking channel recommendations to the broader marketing team</li></ul>
Community Management<ul><li>
Own the community inbox: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across all platforms with speed, warmth, and brand voice consistency</li><li>
Build systems and playbooks for community engagement &mdash; from customer care escalations to proactive community outreach</li><li>
Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with Pair+ family, loyal customers, and organic advocates</li><li>
Surface community insights &mdash; recurring questions, trending topics, customer sentiment &mdash; and share them with product, creative, and marketing teams</li></ul>
Creator &amp; UGC<ul><li>
Collaborate with marketing &amp; creative teams to source and manage a pipeline of UGC creators and micro-influencers who authentically align with Pair's audience and aesthetic</li><li>
Brief creators on seasonal campaigns, product launches, and licensed collections (Disney, Marvel and beyond)</li><li>
Build a repurposing workflow with the Creative team that moves top organic and UGC content into paid social efficiently</li><li>
Identify emerging creator talent and community trends before they peak</li></ul>
Cross-Channel<ul><li>
Partner with the creative &amp; paid social team to share high-performing organic content and community signals that inform ad creative</li><li>
Collaborate with the retention and email teams to ensure community-driven moments (drops, contests, member milestones) are amplified across channels</li><li>
Coordinate with the marketing, product and creative teams on licensed collection rollouts, ensuring organic social content meets both Pair brand standards and partner style guides</li></ul>

Deep fluency across core social platforms (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.) You understand the platforms' creative formats, algorithms, and community dynamics</li><li>
Demonstrated track record of growing engaged audiences and building brand communities, not just impression metrics</li><li>
Strong project management skills: you can run a content calendar and manage creator relationships without dropping balls</li><li>
Comfortable working within or alongside a creative/marketing/CRM teams to brief, review, and ship content at pace</li></ul>

At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $100,000 - $120,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
