We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including AEM, AEP, Workfront, Analytics, and Target. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project execution, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of Adobe solutions. This role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of marketing technology to drive digital transformation initiatives.</p>

WHAT YOU'LL DO</b></p></div>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget</li>
<li>Define project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives</li>
<li>Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, development teams, and Adobe consultants</li>
<li>Manage and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and constraints to ensure smooth execution</li>
<li>Track project progress, report key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate updates to stakeholders</li>
<li>Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables</li>
<li>Oversee resource allocation and team coordination to optimize project efficiency</li>
<li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with best practices, governance policies, and industry regulations (GDPR, CCPA)</li>
</ul>
<div><p><b>WHAT YOU'LL NEED</b></p></div>
<ul>
<li>Strong expertise in Managing Adobe Experience Cloud projects, including AEM, AEP (CDP, CJA), Workfront, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target</li>
<li>Proven expertise in delivering MarTech, CMS, and data-driven marketing solutions for enterprise clients</li>
<li>Prior agency/services experience</li>
<li>Proven experience managing a team across different timezones</li>
<li>Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate across business and technical teams</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools</li>
<li>Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage risks, and drive cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery</li>
<li>Experience managing project budgets and optimizing resource allocation</li></ul><br>

The base compensation range for this role is $100,000 &ndash; $140,000 and spans multiple levels. We're open to hiring at the level that best matches the right candidate's experience. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, budget, and location.</i></div></div>
