What You'll Do
Drive end-to-end program delivery Own the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent MarTech initiatives &mdash; from scope definition and roadmap planning through to launch and post-delivery review. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and product backlogs, ensuring delivery against time, budget, and quality targets.
Champion Agile ways of working Serve as Scrum Master for your project and product teams &mdash; coaching on Agile principles, facilitating sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews, and proactively removing blockers to keep delivery on track.
Keep stakeholders informed and aligned Prepare clear, timely status reports covering scope, milestones, risks, and budget. Communicate confidently with audiences from engineers to senior executives, tailoring your message appropriately. Manage expectations and build trust across business and technology teams.
Manage budgets and vendors Oversee budget tracking and vendor invoicing for your portfolio. Support cost estimation, validate expenditure, and contribute to the annual budget planning process to ensure initiatives are delivered within financial targets.
Lead business analysis activities Work with the team to define and track functional and technical requirements, document current and future state processes, and coordinate testing activities. Partner closely with Business Analysts to ensure delivery is grounded in well-understood business needs.
Manage risk proactively Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans. Surface issues early, escalate where needed, and keep the project leadership team ahead of potential blockers.
Shape the roadmap Partner with Product Managers to build out product and project roadmaps that reflect both business priorities and technical realities, contributing to a coherent long-term vision for the MarTech portfolio.
What You'll Bring
You'll need:<ul><li>
3-6 years of experience in IT project or program management, ideally across e-commerce systems, donation platforms, website CMS, or other Marketing Technology.</li><li>
A strong track record of delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).</li><li>
Experience using project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com.</li><li>
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - comfortable engaging with variety of project collaborators from developers to executives.</li><li>

Summary

Responsibilities
<ul><li>Manages the pitch and proposal response lifecycle from start to finish. Provides strategic guidance for RFP responses, proposals and pitches. Interfaces with all attorneys and staff involved in the process to best position pursuit for successful outcomes.
</li><li>Organizes and conducts proper kick-off calls. Determines response requirements, assigns responsibilities, and compiles and organizes information.
</li><li>Gathers critical market intelligence by conducting audience analyses, client/project needs analyses, and perception analyses.
</li><li>Conducts in-depth research to support pitch and proposal strategy, including company, industry and competitive research, as well as litigation and docket research using analytics platforms such as Docket Navigator and Lex Machina to develop data-driven insights (e.g., case experience, judge and venue trends, and outcomes) that strengthen patent litigation and other IP pursuits.
</li><li>Identifies, creates and updates information that differentiates DLA Piper from its competitors, including clearly articulated value propositions, win themes and client-centric benefits.
</li><li>Creates new content as needed. Conducts quality control and ensures on-time delivery of pitch and proposal responses.

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills. Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather, synthesize and translate data into compelling, client-centric messaging. Familiarity with intellectual property law is preferred, particularly patent and trademark litigation. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. We now seek an AV &amp; IT Infrastructure Specialist to serve as a high-level technical anchor for our digital media broadcast environments and core network infrastructure.Position Overview The A/V, Livestream, &amp; IT Infrastructure Specialist is a specialized hybrid role reporting to the Livestream Producer &amp; A/V Manager while working in close coordination with the Director of Facilities and our external Managed IT Service Provider. This position serves as the primary on-site technical authority for the physical network architecture and the high-fidelity broadcast environments that power BJ's global reach.Note: This position focuses strictly on production, campus-wide network infrastructure, and cybersecurity; it does not handle day-to-day internal office tech support or individual staff helpdesk tickets.This is a hands-on role requiring a non-traditional schedule, including on-site coverage for Shabbat (Friday night / Saturday morning), Jewish holidays, and major community events, balanced with weekday infrastructure optimization.Key Responsibilities1. A/V &amp; Livestream Engineering (Approx. 50%)<ul><li>Livestream Production : Partner with the Livestream Producer &amp; A/V Manager to configure, optimize, and operate BJ&rsquo;s multi-site livestream systems and high-end broadcast equipment (Newtek Tricaster, OBS) in our main Sanctuary and Community House .</li><li>Audio/Visual Support: Provide A/V support as needed by setting up and breaking down equipment for live events and hybrid meetings, and provide support with lighting and simple live audio mixing.</li><li>Production Systems Management: Oversee the technical integration of BJ&rsquo;s digital lighting system and complex multi-channel audio environments.</li><li>Event Support: Provide technical execution and troubleshooting for services, high-profile programs, and large-scale community events.</li></ul>2. Core Network Infrastructure &amp; Data Security (Approx. 50%)<ul><li>Strategic Partnership: Act as the primary, highly technical on-site liaison for BJ&rsquo;s Managed IT Service Provider. Co-manage hardware deployments, handle network segmentation, and serve as the on-the-ground engineer to implement advanced security configurations or resolve complex outages.</li><li>Network Architecture Maintenance: Monitor, optimize, and maintain the health of the core campus IT infrastructure (switches, firewalls, routers, enterprise Wi-Fi access points, and low-voltage cabling) across our historic multi-building campus.</li><li>Data Security &amp; Cybersecurity Compliance: Implement and enforce rigorous data security protocols for AV and network infrastructure. Secure access controls for local NAS/SAN storage, audit physical rack security, and protect live broadcast streams from external interference or cyber threats.</li><li>Facilities &amp; Infrastructure Engineering: Partner with the Director of Facilities on capital physical infrastructure projects, including server room climate control/backup power systems, point-to-point network bridges between campus buildings, and network-connected facility security systems (CCTV, access control).</li><li>Disaster Recovery &amp; Asset Lifecycle: Oversee backup integrity for administrative and digital media files. Maintain a comprehensive registry of technical assets, software licenses, and lifecycle schedules.</li></ul>Qualifications, Skills, and Experience<ul><li>Experience: A minimum of 4-5+ years of professional experience, seamlessly splitting competencies between advanced live A/V production and enterprise IT network infrastructure.</li><li>Education &amp; Certifications: Post-secondary degree in a technical field or equivalent premium certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Cisco CCNA, or specialized A/V certifications like CTS) are highly desirable.</li><li>IT &amp; Security Expertise: Deep understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, firewall configurations, and data encryption.</li><li>A/V Production Mastery: Command of livestreaming ecosystems, digital video switchers, multi-source audio routing</li><li>Collaborative Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and collaborating with organizational leadership.</li><li>Attributes: A methodical, calm-under-pressure problem solver who takes total ownership of technical ecosystems. Knowledge of, or a deep respect for, Jewish faith, traditions, and culture is highly preferred.</li></ul>Work EnvironmentThe BJ campus includes the Sanctuary building on 257 West 88th Street and the Community House on 270 West 89th Street, which are connected at the ground level.ScheduleThe AV &amp; IT Infrastructure Specialist is a full-time, non-exempt position. This role requires a flexible, non-traditional schedule with regular, required on-site presence on Friday evenings and Saturdays (Shabbat), as well as during major Jewish holidays, including the High Holy Days. Bartender
The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to guests and oversee the stock of liquor and bar supplies. As a Bartender, you will serve as the face of our brand in the taproom, engaging with guests to educate them about our products while delivering an outstanding hospitality experience. This role combines product knowledge with exceptional customer service to create memorable interactions that reflect the values and quality of our brand.
Reports to: General Manager or Front of House Manager on duty
Pay: This position starts at $11.35 per hour + tips
WHAT YOU'LL DO<ul><li>
Greet guests timely as they are seated at the bar; ensure bar is clean and that coasters, utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided</li><li>
Prepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered from guests and waitstaff</li><li>
Accurately and efficiently enter food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system</li><li>
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery</li><li>
Completion of all required bar prep, including but not limited to cutting fruit/garnish, making syrups, batching cocktails, etc.</li><li>
Maintains a clean, organized bar and ensures it is stocked with clean glassware</li><li>
Follows all Alcohol Service laws and is mindful of safe alcohol service, including checking photo IDs</li><li>
Processes guest payments by preparing checks and handling transactions through the POS system</li><li>
Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests, teammates, and management</li><li>
Change, move, and organize kegs as needed</li><li>
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setting up the bar</li><li>
Assist with other side work duties such as cleaning the dining area, preparing silverware and refilling condiments</li><li>
Performs other related duties as assigned</li></ul>
