The anticipated base annual salary range for this role is between $85,400 and $128,200 per year. This role is bonus eligible. About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor (Licensed Milieu Supervisor), you will serve as a clinical leader within a residential child welfare setting. You will be responsible for maintaining consistency, quality, and compliance across clinical services within a DCFS-regulated residential program. In this role, you'll guide and support a multidisciplinary team-including therapists, case managers, and unit staff-delivering trauma-informed care to youth with complex needs.

GENERAL SUMMARY

SGA&rsquo;s Early Head Start Home-based program serves Pregnant moms and children 0-3 years within the City of Chicago through weekly home visits engaging both the caregiver and the child. Additionally, families participate in bi-monthly group socializations, parent trainings, governance, and field trips. As part of the research-based Head Start program, all children and their families receive wraparound services to ensure the healthy development and success of the child.
The Home-based Administrative Assistant/Floating Home-Visitor (HBAAFHV) performs a variety of administrative
tasks, in addition to supporting home visitor vacancies. This position generates programmatic orders, handles small
program projects, drafts program documents (i.e., flyers, surveys). The HBAAFHV will support the Early Advantage program of home visitors, and their related services such as preparing and planning home visits, ensure the implementation of family engagement services, when the caseload of a vacant home visitor position cannot be carried by another home visitor or beyond the capacity for the Home-based Supervisor. Additionally, the Home-based Administrative Assistant/Floating Home-Visitor is responsible for ensuring materials, supplies, food, etc., are ordered and readily available for program staff use. This position reports to the Home-based Supervisor.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Accurately and efficiently attend to administrative duties as assigned by the Home-based Supervisor.</li><li>
Conduct a minimum of bi-weekly home visits for each assigned child/family. Prepare and plan for home visits with families and monthly socializations when assigned by the Home-based Supervisor.</li><li>
Complete home visit observation documentation, ensuring comprehensive services are implemented as required by Head Start Performance Standards in the Early Head Start Home-based option.</li><li>
Ensure proper documentation is entered into data system including home visits, socializations, attendance, and other necessary documentation per assigned child/family, as needed.</li><li>
Participate in team meetings with home visitors to receive feedback regarding data, team lesson planning, planning for socializations, and team activities.</li><li>
Draft program documents, manage small program projects, collaborate with Home-based Supervisor to deliver positive programmatic experiences to staff and enrolled children and families.</li><li>
Monitor program materials and supplies, place inventory orders, place food orders for socializations, and maintain filing system for invoices and other supportive evidence for reconciliation.
</li><li>Participate in reflective supervision with Home-based Supervisor, EHSN Division meetings, organizational meetings, and other meetings assigned.</li><li>
Maintain accurate calendar, Concur expenses, timely ADP timecard &amp; PTO submissions, and adherences to organizational priorities.</li><li>

Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Maintain assigned caseload of weekly billable insurance hours.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring services are provided in the community.</li><li>Participating in the person-centered planning process.</li><li>Providing direct community-based behavioral health services and support for the individual and family as indicated in the Person-Centered Plan.</li><li>Monitor and track consumer hours and annual intake dates and complete as assigned.</li><li>Assisting the Case Manager in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions as evidenced by symptom reduction and progress toward goals.</li><li>Responsible for completing the OnTarget tasks assigned within 24 hours.
</li><li>Assisting the Case Manager with consulting identified non-medical providers, engaging community and natural supports and including their input in the person-center/ed planning process.</li><li>Ensure that all information obtained while at Carolina Therapeutic Services is kept confidential and will remain confidential beyond employment.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality training is updated.</li></ul> 
Provider Responsibilities
<ul><li>Report critical concerns, problems, and lack of engagement to supervisor in a timely manner and actively seek Supervisor&rsquo;s input and assistance to resolving the concern.</li><li>Participate in multi-disciplinary staffing and meetings.</li><li>Attends all appropriate in-services, workshops, or continuing education programs, which are trainings provided by CTS Health or on behalf of CTS.</li><li>Responsible for completing appropriate annual intakes.</li><li>Maintains strict confidentiality according to all Federal and State guidelines and requirements.</li><li>Exemplifies personal and professional conduct.</li><li>Upholds the Professional Code of Ethics.</li><li>Maintains a cooperative relationship with employees, treatment staff and others.</li><li>Adheres to and supports facility policies, programs and activities.</li><li>Demonstrates tact, courtesy, and a positive approach to communication and interaction with other employees, visitors, physicians, etc.</li><li>Responsible for personal development to ensure current knowledge in the profession.
</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and drug free environment in the office space utilized.</li><li>Willingness to work beyond what is required periodically.</li><li>Maintain service notation that meets agency notation standards, Medicaid standards, and/or any other auditing agency such as the LME. (For timeliness, quality, and completeness). This notation must include: I) the purpose of contact; 2) describes the provider's interventions; 3) effectiveness of the intervention; 4) the time spent performing the intervention; and 5) signature (degree/credentials or position) of person providing service.</li><li>Must maintain the flexibility to respond to client needs and crisis situations beyond the agencies normal working hours.</li><li>Deliver services in various environments, such as homes, schools, jails (for state funds only), homeless shelters, etc.</li><li>Perform any other job-related duties as specified by a supervisor.</li></ul> 
Education/Qualifications/Experience<div>
&bull; Human service field with less than one year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served, or a substance abuse professional with less than one year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling. Supervision shall be provided by a qualified professional with the population served until the individual meets one year of experience.&bull; Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a human service field with less than two years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served, or a substance abuse professional with less than two years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling, 
<ul><li>One-year documented experience in the delivery of mental health treatment to children and /or adolescents.</li><li>High School diploma (additional 5 years&rsquo; mental health experience preferred)</li></ul>
