This role will be an integral part of the Energy Training team that manages the design, development, delivery, and administration of relevant learning programs on behalf of the Department of Citywide Administrative Services&rsquo; (DCAS) Division of Energy Management. This program prepares City facilities personnel to make energy-smart decisions that assist the City of New York in meeting its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction goals. Who are we hiring?
</b></p><p>The Senior Manager Capital Projects will be responsible for overseeing New York and Chicago market general capital and construction projects with focus on the MSG owned Theatres (Radio City Music Hall, Beacon Theatre and The Chicago Theatre). This position will facilitate new projects and builds. The Senior Manager Capital Projects will work with project specifications, budgetary allotments, contractors, architects, consulting engineers and inhouse resources. Key duties of this role include: project management, budget, scope, cost controls, schedule, quality controls and oversight for assigned projects. What will you do?
</b></p><ul><li>Working with department heads and P&amp;L leaders, develop 5-year capital plan for each MSG venue.</li>
