The Sales &amp; Training Executive (STE) is the face of Medik8 within the retail space. You will be responsible for driving &quot;sell-through&quot; by educating premium beauty retailers on our CSA Philosophy (Vitamin C, Sunscreen, Vitamin A) and ensuring our brand presence is flawless. You will manage a territory of high-volume doors, building deep relationships with Store Leadership to ensure Medik8 is the #1 recommended clinical brand on the floor, while actively managing budget and team performance to meet strategic goals. 
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy &amp; Commercial Growth<ul><li>
Own the sales performance of your territory, delivering target KPIs and achieving the overall Sales Plan.</li><li>
In partnership with leadership, develop and execute the territory strategy and event door strategy to achieve retailer sales targets and provide Year-Over-Year growth, with a focus on maximizing ROI.</li><li>
Analyze weekly sell-through reports to identify opportunities and gaps. Analyze sell-out trends and report monthly on sales KPIs.</li><li>
Plan and execute high-impact &quot;Event Days&quot; and &quot;Brand Takeovers&quot; to drive traffic and conversion, ensuring sales targets and ROI benchmarks are achieved.</li><li>
Strategically manage your calendar to prioritize Top doors and high-potential locations.</li><li>

2. Education &amp; Training (The &quot;CSA&quot; Expert)</div><ul><li>
Execute high-impact ESVs (Education &amp; Sales Visits), &quot;shoulder-to-shoulder&quot; training on the sales floor, distilling Medik8&rsquo;s complex science into digestible, sales-driven &quot;hooks.&quot;</li><li>
Lead &quot;Cluster Trainings&quot; and &quot;Morning Briefings&quot; to inspire premium beauty retail staff, where available.</li><li>
Master the &quot;Vitamin A Ladder&quot;&mdash;educating staff on how to transition customers from Retinol to Retinaldehyde (Crystal Retinal).</li><li>
Host in-store training sessions for sales teams and conduct new hire onboarding for store staff.</li></ul>
3. Team Leadership &amp; Development<ul><li>
Manage, coach, and track the sales and training performance of any direct reports and/or freelance team members.</li><li>
Recruit, interview, and onboard all new direct reports in partnership with leadership, HR, and Education team.</li><li>
Provide consistent onboarding, training, and management for all direct reports and freelance in your territory.</li><li>
Ensure achievement of key retail metrics like &ldquo;sales per hour&rdquo; and &ldquo;items per transaction&rdquo; goals for your team.</li><li>
Manage and audit timekeeping/payroll procedures according to payroll timelines for all direct reports and freelancers.</li></ul><div>
4. Relationship Management &amp; Advocacy<ul><li>
Build influential, collaborative partnerships with premium beauty retail District Managers, Store Managers, and Education Leads.</li><li>
Execute regular business reviews with in-store retail partners to communicate trending business and negotiate elevated store training opportunities, merchandising placement, and event strategies to drive retail sales growth.</li><li>
Manage the Gratis program at the store level, ensuring the &quot;right&quot; products get into the hands of the &quot;right&quot; influencers on the floor.</li><li>
Act as the primary feedback loop between the stores and the Head of Sales, advocating retailer needs with internal cross-functional partners.</li><li>
Diplomatically address and resolve any store-level challenges to maintain strong relationships and ensure solid brand integrity.</li></ul>
5. Visual Merchandising &amp; Operations</div><div><ul><li>
Maintain the Medik8 Gondola and/or NBT Wall to global brand standards.</li><li>
Oversee execution of merchandising, promotional, and launch calendars, ensuring all brand guidelines are upheld.</li><li>
Monitor inventory levels in-store; alert the Commercial Planner of potential out-of-stocks or shipment delays.</li><li>
Ensure all testers are hygienic, full, and presentable.</li><li>
Negotiate with store personnel to gain space and improve locations for all product categories.</li></ul>
6. Reporting &amp; Business Analysis<ul><li>
Adhere to budgetary spend commitments, inclusive of Travel and Expense and Freelance Resource Management.</li><li>
Track and analyze competitive promotions for future planning and conduct competitive research.</li><li>
Utilize internal reporting tools (e.g., Power Bi) to evaluate retail trends and assess shifts in resource management.</li><li>
Maintain organization and manage administrative deadlines, including but not limited to: travel bookings, expense reports, weekly sales recaps, event recaps, and store visit schedules.</li><li>
Provide quarterly recaps highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.</li></ul> 
The Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>
Strong field experience in prestige beauty (Skincare preferred).</li><li>
Solid previous experience working within premium beauty retailer environments.</li><li>
Proven track record of managing a multi-state or multi-province/multi-door territory.</li><li>
Experience in a role with direct reports (highly preferred).</li><li>
The &quot;CSA&quot; Passion: A deep interest in clinical skincare and the ability to explain &quot;Retinal&quot; vs. &quot;Retinol&quot; without blinking.</li><li>

About the role

Angi is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking International Payroll Lead to lead payroll operations across five countries - Netherlands, Germany, Austria, United Kingdom and France.

This critical role combines both strategic oversight and hands-on execution of end-to-end payroll functions to ensure accuracy, consistency, standardization, and compliance with SOX controls.
