THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking is seeking a Manager &ndash; Venue Security. The Security Manager is responsible for the overall management of the security department to ensure guest, employee, artist and venue safety. Also, control's cost and ensures total guest satisfaction by guarding, patrolling, monitoring the premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
<ul><li>Work in conjunction with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to the security department as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations.
</li><li>Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
</li><li>Moves throughout the venue and all areas to visually monitor and take corrective action when needed.
</li><li>Provides guidance and improvement and implements necessary adjustments.
</li><li>Investigates and resolves security complaints. Interacts positively with guests
</li><li>Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property.

 Responsibilities:

 Ability to provide high level customer service in a fast paced setting

 Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.

 Report directly to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman / Titan Management.

 Manage a team of security officers, including participating in scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.

 Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.

 Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, recognition, etc.).

 Provide the basis of a great work environment by treating staff with respect.

 Observe departing personnel to guard against theft of tenant or building property.

 Conduct general patrols of the entire property during various hours, if required, including numerous flights of stairs and frequent patrols of the exterior in any weather conditions.
