As a member of the team, you will be focused on financial reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis across Strongpoint partner teams. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded performer who is highly analytical, thrives in a fast-paced work environment, and embraces a collaborative work style. This is a highly visible role business partner role which will work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional business partners to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.</p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></p>

<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>

<li>3+ years of experience in Financial Planning &amp; Analysis or a related finance role</li>
<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills</li>
<li>Experience supporting or building a corporate budgeting process</li>
<li>Strong experience with variance analysis and financial commentary</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights for non-finance stakeholders</li>
<li>Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-changing environment</li>
<li>High level of attention to detail and analytical rigor</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting</li>
<li>Vena or similar FP&amp;A software experience preferred.</li>
