Our Senior Cost Analysts are responsible for assembling and providing information to Project Managers and Operations Management within their assigned Business Units regarding project current costs, commitments, and forecasts according to strict deadlines. Job Summary

The Coverage Analyst is dedicated to ensuring billing compliance for clinical research and supports utilization of the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), Oncore. The Coverage Analyst plays a crucial role in evaluating clinical research protocols, informed consent forms, clinical trial budgets, and other pertinent study documents to generate a protocol calendar in the CTMS system and develop coverage analysis/billing grid. The Coverage Analyst specifies which procedures and services may qualify as 'Routine Cost' and be billable to patient insurance, and which should be charged to the study. The Coverage Analyst is responsible for determining whether proposed clinical research studies meet the criteria for a Qualifying Clinical Trial as defined by the Medicare Clinical Trial Policy (NCD 310.1). As a member of the Research Systems &amp; Coverage Analysis (RSCA) Unit, within the Office of Clinical Research, the Coverage Analysts works as part of a team to support and optimize clinical trial initiation and financial workflows, partnering closely with research teams and key stakeholders in the process.

Your Opportunity

The BI Analyst executes complex data analysis and reporting initiatives. This role partners closely with business leaders to define requirements, design dashboards, and provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Your Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Independently gather, integrate, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources</li>
<li>Design and maintain interactive dashboards and scalable reporting solutions in Excel, Looker, and other BI tools</li>
<li>Perform advanced trend analysis and statistical evaluation to identify business drivers</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into SQL queries, data models, and analytical frameworks</li>
<li>Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve performance and operational outcomes</li>
<li>Support ad hoc analytic and scenario modeling requests</li>
<li>Work closely with Data Science and Data Engineering to support reporting needs</li>
<li>Serve as key analytics partner to various business units</li>
</ul>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field</li>
<li>2-5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related role</li>
<li>Strong SQL proficiency</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills</li>
<li>Hands-on experience building dashboards required (Looker preferred)</li>
<li>Experience with SharePoint and ClickUp preferred</li>
<li>Strong problem solving and project management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal oversight</li>
</ul>

Preferred Job Qualifications:

Experience supporting hiring for Director, VP, or other senior-level technology leadership roles.</li><li>
Experience working with Workday Recruiting.</li><li>
Healthcare insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated industry experience.</li><li>
Executive search or leadership recruiting experience.</li><li>
Experience conducting talent mapping, market intelligence, and workforce planning activities.</li><li>
Demonstrated strength presenting recruiting metrics, market insights, and hiring recommendations to senior leadership.</li></ul>
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
Compensation: $55,900.00 - $123,500.00
