Work with pricing teams to understand deposit betas and attrition assumptions, and use to update IRR frameworks</li><li>
Develop, analyze and enhance liquidity stress methodologies and assumptions, driving firmwide actions</li><li>
Partner with Finance, Corporate Treasury, and Technology to automate liquidity management and IRR related processes</li><li>
Collaborate with Corporate Treasury to review and understand AWM's earnings at risk and basis point value (bpv) exposure in various interest rate scenarios</li><li>
Liaise with Corporate Treasury and the Chief Investment Office to drive investment and funding decisions as well as developing portfolio strategies across the business</li>
Discuss liquidity, ALM risk management, market conditions and fixed income hedging activities/strategies with senior management

</li></ul>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or a related field</li><li>
3 plus years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or treasury</li><li>
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Python, Alteryx, Tableau or similar automation technologies, as well as Microsoft Excel</li><li>
Experience working with large datasets and complex data analysis</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment</li><li>

Join our team as a Business Management Associate!
As a Business Management Associate within Human Resources, you will support the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) HR leadership team by driving key management routines, priorities, and deliverables across the organization. You will coordinate core processes including HR leadership meetings, business reviews, reporting and metrics, priority tracking, risk and control activities, and strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Support the planning and execution of HR priorities, processes and deliverables</li><li>
Assist with strategic initiatives and special projects in partnership with the AWM HR leadership team
</li><li>Help coordinate cross-functional workstreams related to HR and business priorities across AWM
</li><li>Provide project management and change management support to help ensure effective execution across the AWM HR team
</li><li>Partner with stakeholders across HR and the business to maintain visibility on priorities, timelines and key deliverables
</li><li>Support the development and coordination of HR executive presentations for senior audiences, including leadership meetings and operating committee forums
</li><li>Support the AWM HR segment in preparing end-to-end segment presentations, including gathering inputs, organizing content and ensuring materials are clear and cohesive
</li><li>Help bring structure, process and follow-through to business topics that span across AWM, including coordinating next steps, tracking actions and identifying opportunities to improve ways of working

</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, concise materials for senior audiences
