They will play a central role in identifying opportunities for growth and brand alignment across our company and implementing the strategies to make it happen. An ability to tap into both creative and analytics is essential as this person will need to ensure that the visual identity we establish on projects serves our broader KPI goals. With a hand in helping the brand come to life across the org, the senior manager will have a visible and meaningful impact on the business as well as the opportunity to lead major projects that speak to Hello Sunshine&rsquo;s mission and values.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities include:</h3><ul>
<li>Putting the overarching marketing and creative strategies for Hello Sunshine into action across our channels, promotions, partnerships, events and community building tactics, acting as the centerstone of all teams to ensure deliverables are executed on</li>
<li>Partnering with the creative team to develop briefing materials that inform the visual identity of our campaigns</li>
<li>Overseeing the book marketing/promotional aspects of the Reese&rsquo;s Book Club monthly book pick campaigns by reading the books, supporting publisher relations, solidifying the promotional plans and working with internal teams to execute (coordinating shoots if applicable)</li>
<li>Relationship building and management with RBC authors as part of organic marketing initiatives</li>
<li>Developing editorial strategy for Hello Sunshine and Reese&rsquo;s Book Club, maintaining a deep understanding of the customer experience, sales goals and social elements, defining the vision for how our brand rolls out across O&amp;O channels and handling the approvals process for relevant creative deliverables</li>
<li>Managing the day-to-day needs of our Hello Sunshine podcast, The Bright Side, including communications with our audio partners and our internal partnerships teams, facilitating talent bookings where needed, reviewing episode prep documents and providing feedback on final audio, ensuring social promotion is on track and being delivered on, and running relevant meetings</li>
<li>Working closely with our analytics team to synthesize available performance data and provide recommendations on how we optimize our efforts on a rolling basis - this includes running meetings that take teams through these findings and how it should impact ongoing projects and growth tactics</li>
<li>Supporting our partnerships teams across the org by providing brand POV, attending brainstorm meetings, supplying creative concepts/ideas and assisting with campaign execution that fulfills partner needs and reflects the brand positively</li>
<li>Collaborating with internal teams to develop our larger commerce strategy</li>
<li>Managing marketing tools and vendors (Klaviyo and/or email marketing platform experience preferred)</li>

The Senior Capacity Manager will report into the OnBrand Director of Agency Operations as part of the Operations capability, and work collaboratively with internal account, operations, creative, and production leads to validate that the right creative and production resources were assigned to each active and pipeline project, informed by specialty and bandwidth. The focus of this role will be to facilitate capacity planning and adjustments to ensure efficient utilization for multiple account portfolio workstreams across OnBrand&rsquo;s program, certifying that workstreams are operating smoothly and serving overall business goals.
The Senior Capacity Manager must possess a proactive collaborative mind-set and be solution oriented in undefined territory. The focus and skillsets required for each project vary from strategic to executional activities, and the Capacity Manager must flex staffing adjustment decisions accordingly in close support of Director-level colleagues.
To be successful in this role, the Capacity Manager must be an excellent collaborator and self-starter, intuitively translating Account-level project needs into actionable resourcing considerations. They should have experience navigating tight timelines, supporting high-visibility initiatives, and always seek to identify opportunities for improvement. They must possess an ability to adapt their communication style, content, and medium to suit the task or audience. Business maturity, and humility are essential for great Capacity management, to help discipline leads serve their client and colleague collaborators.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Collaborate with the Account Director, Creative Director, and Production Lead as well as any additional Director-level resources who may be added to the MSP or OnBrand internal org in future to make sure the right creative and production resources are assigned to each given task, informed by specialty and bandwidth.</li><li>
Leverage American Express&rsquo; OnBrand Workfront instance to support reporting to help manage to larger OnBrand program goals and inform plans to help achieve them. Help assess risk and course correct as needed.</li><li>
Help manage incoming and transitioning resourcing requests and deliver ongoing resourcing decisions. Meet with Account and Operations colleague stakeholders regularly to make communication easy and transparent regarding project capacity issues and decisions on resourcing or services.</li><li>
Oversee resource change management</li><li>
Expert knowledge of the resourcing and capacity components in Workfront, including power-usage of workload balancer tool and uplifted intake forms, to provide ongoing support for optimizing the tool informed by trends and best practices, and help OnBrand leadership apply this view to inform our resource decision making</li><li>
When new opportunities arise, which require skill sets outside of our current MSP bench, coordinate with Freelance Engagement Managers to help quickly develop a resource plan recommendation and budget requirements to support sell-in.</li></ul>

This role will lead consumer-facing paid media and audience strategies that foster Prime membership growth and overall brand affinity. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for bar-raising media planning frameworks, strong organization, and high standards and has substantial experience working with customer and audience research, data science, media &amp; brand agencies, and creative marketing partners.
