</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience working with creators across tiers (nano to celebrity) and platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube, etc.)
</p></li><li><p>Strong contract negotiation and talent management experience
</p></li><li><p>Experience building strategic briefs, managing content calendars, and driving measurable results
</p></li><li><p>Ability to use data and platform insights to inform strategy and optimizations
</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with developing post-campaign reports and translating insights into recommendations
</p></li><li><p>Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., PR, paid media, creative, analytics, etc.)
</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills

</p><p></p><p>An employee&rsquo;s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
