We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical technology initiatives that power our distribution and retail operations. This role will oversee large-scale IT projects&mdash;ranging from ERP and supply chain systems to retail and eCommerce solutions&mdash;while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership &amp; Delivery<ul><li>

Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and change control across multiple concurrent initiatives.</li><li>
Lead IT integration efforts for M&amp;A activities, including system consolidation, data migration, and business process alignment.</li></ul>
Stakeholder Engagement<ul><li>
Partner with business leaders in distribution, retail, and corporate functions to capture requirements and define project success criteria.</li><li>

Qualifications 
Education &amp; Certifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required.</li><li>
PMP or PMI-ACP certification strongly preferred. Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, etc.) a plus.</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
7+ years of IT project management experience, including large-scale enterprise projects.</li><li>
Strong background in distribution and retail technology environments.</li><li>
Direct experience managing M&amp;A integration projects (both business and IT).</li><li>
Hands-on experience delivering projects with Agile and hybrid methodologies.</li><li>
Proven track record managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and multi-million-dollar budgets.</li></ul>
