The Operations Support Analyst provides operational, analytical, and high‑level administrative support to the Operations organization and senior leadership. This role supports reporting, initiatives, executive coordination, and process improvement while proactively organizing workflows and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Operations &amp; Analytical Support</b></p><ul><li><p>
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.</p></li><li><p>
Serve as a point of contact for Operations initiatives, projects, and special assignments.</p></li><li><p>
Assist in the preparation, proofreading, and editing of communication materials and leadership documents.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Executive &amp; Administrative Support</b></p><ul><li><p>
Provide advanced administrative and operational support to the department and senior Operations leaders as required.</p></li><li><p>
Perform expert calendar management for complex and fast‑moving executive schedules.</p></li><li><p>
Proactively coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including in‑person and virtual formats (Microsoft Teams)</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for Operations leadership upon request.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain and process expense reports and invoices accurately and on time.</p></li><li><p>
Provide professional phone coverage and timely message coordination as needed.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Meeting, Event &amp; Project Coordination</b></p><ul><li><p>
Organize and facilitate meetings and events for groups ranging from 20 to 100 employees.</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrate strong event planning and logistical coordination skills for leadership forums, town halls, and departmental meetings.</p></li><li><p>
Support corporate events, demonstrating flexibility to assist with occasional early mornings or evenings.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Systems, Documentation &amp; Organization</b></p><ul><li><p>
Create, manage, and maintain the Operations department SharePoint site and electronic files.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain organizational charts, directories, and floor plans to reflect current organizational changes.</p></li><li><p>
Work independently on relatively complex administrative and operational tasks.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Culture &amp; Continuous Improvement</b></p><ul><li><p>
Proactively keep the team organized and promote a culture of continuous improvement across Operations.</p></li><li><p>

Minimum of 5&ndash;10 years of experience in operations support, executive support, or administrative roles supporting senior leadership.</p></li><li><p>
Experience working with executive‑level or C‑suite leaders preferred.</p></li><li><p>
Industry experience (e.g., Oil &amp; Gas or corporate operations) preferred.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Additional Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>
Available for a four and one schedule (Mon-Thurs in office, Friday remote).</p></li><li><p>
Flexible schedule to support key Operations and corporate events.</p></li><li><p>
Cleared criminal history (background), satisfactory reference checks, and compliance with company drug and alcohol policies.</p></li><li><p>
