Burson is looking for a Senior Social Content Creator who is passionate about all things social media and is a visionary leader in social storytelling. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, socially-savvy, and detail-oriented &mdash; someone who doesn't just follow trends, but creates them. You should be able to react quickly in a fast-paced environment and be truly passionate about social media: what trends are shaping it, what best practice looks like, and how brands and fans are changing the landscape. A deep understanding of internet and pop culture, especially as it relates to Gen Z, is essential.</p>

In this role, you will develop sophisticated and complex social media concepts that move beyond tactics to sustainable campaigns, platforms, and activations. You will independently package and present social content strategies to both internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating rationale and impact. You will work across a diverse portfolio of clients &mdash; including Novo Nordisk, Supernus, Novartis, Teva, BUBS, ANA, and Spotify, among others &mdash; translating complex brand challenges into impactful social narratives.</p>
