 The Senior Veritas eDiscovery Platform is hosted on physical and virtualized Windows Servers and therefore requires the Contractor to provide a wide range of support tasks including but not limited to:

   Contractor shall participate in teleconferences or technical meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives;

   Contractor shall perform configurations, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting using current engineering documentation;

  </li>

   Contractor shall process storage requests, migrations and decommission tasks;

Work with the Director of HR to align recruitment strategies with the agency&rsquo;s goals and vision improving overall Talent Acquisition functions.</li><li>

Oversees the agency&rsquo;s Talent Acquisition module in ADP, provides training to managers as needed, and ensures the maximization of the system.</li><li>
Prepares, conducts and/or attends at least two job fairs annually.</li><li>
Ensure all pre-employment screenings are completed before candidate start date, and tracking properly including but not limited to background and medical clearances, employment and reference checks, educational credentials, etc.</li><li>
Assist in maintain the personnel files up to date and in compliance with agency policies and procedures, performance standards and any regulatory body.</li><li>
Completes and submits to the supervisor the vacancy/recruitment table in a timely manner.</li><li>
Stays current on the agency organizational structure, personal policies, and federal laws regarding employment practices ensuring compliance with all regulatory body.</li><li>
Builds and maintains an open line of communication with the supervisor, communicates in advance about any issues in the department or issues that will cause delays in meeting deadlines.</li><li>
