 GlossGenius is looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to help manage and grow our community of creators &mdash; made up of inspiring beauty, wellness, and health, small business owners &mdash; and shape what our program looks like at scale.&nbsp;
 
 
 In this role, you'll be the connective tissue between GlossGenius and the small business owners who embody our brand. You'll own the end-to-end creator journey &mdash; from outreach and contract management to content review and performance reporting &mdash; while helping architect how GlossGenius uses AI to power creator operations at scale.&nbsp;
 
 
 You will report to the Influencer Marketing Manager and work closely with our Social and Brand teams. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment with 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do

 Build and manage AI-automated workflows for initial creator outreach, and lead rate and contract negotiations that move approved creators from first contact to signed agreement

Overview:

The Industrials Investment Banking group at Scotiabank advises leading corporates and financial sponsors across a broad range of subsectors, including Automotive, Business &amp; Industrial Services, Capital Goods, and Building Products. The team focuses on building long‑term relationships with senior executives and private equity professionals, delivering a full suite of investment banking solutions across mergers &amp; acquisitions and equity and debt capital markets. 


This role is intended for a Senior Analyst or Junior Associate who will play a critical role in transaction execution and client delivery, while gaining meaningful exposure to senior bankers and clients. 


What You&rsquo;ll Do

<li>Support the pitching and execution of M&amp;A, equity, and debt capital markets transactions, with increasing ownership over day‑to‑day workstreams</li>
<li>Prepare and review detailed financial analyses and models, including DCFs, LBOs, merger models, and operating projections</li>

Media Strategy and Enablement (MSE) is a specialized department that is responsible for designing and delivering new media capabilities (e.g., Multi-Touch Attribution, Cookie-less Targeting, journey-based media targeting techniques). We leverage this experience to accelerate development of automation and AI tools that unlock more Media Team productivity - to respond and iterate faster, take on more volume, and measurably improve effectiveness over time.
As a Business Solutions Manager-Senior Associate on the Media Strategy and Enablement (MSE) team, you will be accountable for supporting the organization and facilitation of various MSE deliverables in effort to remove duplicative efforts, streamline capacity, and efficiently run our growing team. You are a key point of contact for our department, our larger Paid Media Team and supporting partners such as Performance Marketing, Finance, Product, etc. Your responsibilities include driving the strategic direction, delivering and tracking measurable results, operational efficiency, and financial budgets for the MSE department.
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Serve as a connection point for cross department workstreams and support inter-departmental discussions as this expert when necessary</li><li>
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement into BAU routines
