 We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Houston-based Accounting Team at Mustang Cat, the authorized Caterpillar® dealer for Southeast Texas. If you’re an AP expert with a strong eye for detail and a passion for process accuracy, this opportunity is for you.

<li>What You’ll Do as a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator:</li>
<li>Manage all aspects of Mustang Cat’s weekly accounts payable check run</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices</li>
<li>Review invoices for correct coding and approval routing</li>
<li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies</li>
<li>Process employee expense reimbursements</li>
<li>Set up and maintain vendor accounts in the AP system</li>
<li>Complete W-9 requests and vendor tax documentation</li>
<li>Assist with account reconciliations and reporting</li>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience</li>
<li>Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>High proficiency with Excel and related software</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process</li>
</ul>
✅ Preferred Skills: 
<ul>
<li>College coursework in Business or Accounting</li>
<li>Experience with SAP Concur, AVIDXchange, ApplicationXtender, and Unit4 Financials</li>
