About the Role</h2>
The Senior Data Strategy Manager is working closely with the Head of Data Strategy to align AIG&rsquo;s data strategy and operating model to business priorities, manage AIG&rsquo;s data budget, prepare executive communications, and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic data initiatives. Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Program Leadership: Act as program manager and delivery lead for high-priority data initiatives. Drive end-to-end execution, including planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and outcome delivery.</li><li>
Priority Setting: Support definition of Data Office priorities in line with enterprise objectives. Ensure delivery plans, resources, and execution are tightly aligned to agreed priorities.</li><li>
Financial Planning: Support annual and multi-year financial planning for the Data Office. Track spending, monitor actuals vs. plan, and provide transparency on budget utilization and outcomes.</li><li>
Executive Communications: Prepare high-quality executive briefings for senior stakeholders and steering committees. Provide clear updates on strategic priorities, progress, risks, and value realization.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Required qualifications</h2><ul><li>
8+ years of experience in data strategy, data management, or similar leadership roles, preferably in insurance, banking or other related fields.</li><li>
Experience leading cross-functional data programs from design through delivery.</li><li>
Demonstrated ownership of budget planning, financial tracking, and cost management.</li><li>
Strong understanding of value realization, business case development, and ROI tracking.</li><li>
Proven ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise executive briefings.</li><li>
Deep knowledge of data ecosystems (data platforms, governance, AI/ML concepts).</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

 Demonstrated success leading multi-market or global product and campaign launches
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital ecosystems, and cultural trends shaping modern brands
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy and business decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong creative intuition and ability to collaborate effectively with creative and communications partners

 The base salary range for this role is listed above.
 
 
 Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.&rsquo;s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
