<li>Lead large scale initiatives aimed at building the new products or platform for Compass.</li>
<li>Manage the full life cycle of key programs including coordination of detailed functional plans, communication with key stakeholders, and issue resolution. Create awareness of cross-functional inter-dependencies and establish prioritization for plan execution to minimize disruption on daily operations.</li>
<li>Oversee third party software management - both relationship and configuration ensuring our systems are built scalability and efficiently.</li>

<li>Act as a key contributor to the agile practice at Compass and high-level planning, both quarterly and yearly.</li>
<li>Drive, operational and cost excellence and process improvement across the organization.</li>
<li>Create clarity and drive decision making with data and metrics through well-written executive-level and team-level narratives.</li>
<li>Build SOPs to continue to standardize and scale tech operations to drive continuous improvement.</li>

<p>What We Look For:</p>
<ul>
<li>BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field.</li>
<li> 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a large high pace tech environment.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication &mdash; excellent ability to influence stakeholders and leadership through data-driven reporting.</li>
<li>Proven track record of successful technical program management in high-performance teams, directing initiatives across multiple teams and managers.</li>
<li>Experience managing initiatives within large scale systems in rapid growth environments.</li>
<li>Familiarity with modern software development practices and technologies (e.g containerization, microservices architecture, continuous integration, and delivery).</li>
<li>Third party software management - both relationship and configuration</li>
<li>Self-drive and ability to create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Compensation: </b>The base pay range for this position is $128,500-$193,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.</p><div><div>
