Minimum Qualifications</b><br>

B.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering; Master&rsquo;s in Geotechnical or Structural Engineering preferred.</li><li>
Geotechnical and structural course work required.
</li><li>12 or more years of experience.</li><li>
New York Professional Engineer&rsquo;s license required.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
</li><li>Extensive modeling experience with STAAD, RISA or similar analysis program.</li><li>
Willingness to travel on temporary assignments as needed.

 The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the development of larger projects in North America. The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will work closely with the regional and worldwide store planning teams, Gucci and Kering departments, consultants, and contractors in the renovation of existing or development of new stores from project initiation to opening.

 Responsibilities also include coordinating store layout improvements and rollouts consisting of store configurations or upgrades of existing stores. For each project, the SPM will oversee project budgets, schedules, and project design, as well as consult with departmental directors (Operations, Visual, etc.) and consulting teams to ensure the program requirements are incorporated into the project and critical timelines and project information are communicated.

   Prepare all design submittal packages from initial site analysis, traffic flow, adjacencies up to technical packages required for Global design team to start the process;

  <li>
   Coordinate design layouts with all regional departments- VM, Retail, Operations, Security - to ensure full alignment of all cross function regional departments;
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and maintain relationships with tenant coordinators and mall managers in all applicable forms and locations;
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate transition of design documents into documents for bid/landlord review/permit with architect of record;
  </li>
  <li>
   Review all architectural documents and drawings with Vice President, Store Planning &amp; Facilities;
  </li>
  <li>
   Review all required shop drawings for millwork, storefront, stone, and others with global design team as well as other vendors to ensure company standards are maintained and design intent is respected;

   Coordinate requirements for security, telephone, and data with all departments;
  </li>

   Obtain approvals from landlord for preliminary and working drawing reviews;
  </li>

   Create requests for bids as applicable for GC scope, as well as millworkers, architects, lighting supplier, stone manufacturers and other vendors supporting the project;

   Develop requests for owner vendor items, such as millwork, specialty lighting, etc.;
  </li>

   Review bid proposals and coordinate cost and schedules with vendors and contractors and ensure all schedules are met;

   Oversee and manage project tracker, to ensure all activities are performed in a timely manner with the respect of the store opening targets;

   Develop and maintain cost summary of each project through project completion, including review and approval of invoices in coordination with the cost controller;

   Make periodic site visits before and/or during construction of store to ensure standards and design are met;

   Attend weekly site meetings (on site or phone) throughout project to ensure schedule and design standards are met;

   Coordinate with GC and local department of buildings for all required certificates and inspections;

   In-house store planning in the U.S. as part of a regional team;
  </li>
  <li>
   Extensive store planning project management experience with multi-level store build outs;

   Extensive construction, site knowledge and project execution;
  </li>
  <li>
   Must possess excellent budgeting and general math skills;
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent scheduling skills with experience in project phasing and project rollouts;

Position Objective:</p><p>
The Senior Manager, Special Projects, will lead complex, unique initiatives within the Rolling Stock Division and provide executive support to the Chief of Rolling Stock. The incumbent in this role is expected to understand the macro picture of the MTA&rsquo;s Rolling Stock business needs, ensuring alignment across MTA operating, legal, procurement, finance, data, and other departments in support of the Rolling Stock program&rsquo;s mandate to achieve the best value for the MTA&rsquo;s rolling stock acquisitions and ensure dedicated attention to the acquisition and lifetime costs of these strategic assets. Additionally, this incumbent will support the storytelling around the Rolling Stock business to internal and external audiences, from stakeholder and board briefings to external presentations.</p><p>
Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>
Oversee &ldquo;Run-the-team&rdquo; business operations.<ul><li>
Set the agenda for and lead recurring leadership meetings</li><li>
Lead high-stakes communications and reporting, including drafting executive and board-level communications that clearly articulate progress, outcomes, and key decision points.</li><li>
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of recurring reports</li></ul></li><li>
Provide project leadership by managing complex, non-routine projects from initiation to completion.</li><li>
Lead Planning &amp; Strategy efforts, including the Development of detailed project plans, goals, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.</li><li>
Manage stakeholders by serving as a primary liaison, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure project execution and success.</li><li>
Serve as a strategic problem-solving partner to the Chief and Rolling Stock team members by proactively identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.</li><li>
Provide executive support to the Chief of Rolling Stock, including support for key initiatives, preparation of materials, and ad-hoc requests.</li><li>
Select, develop, and motivate personnel within the department. Provide career development for subordinates. Provide prompt and effective coaching and counseling. <br>The Senior Project Manager leads client-focused initiatives to implement Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions. Collaborating at multiple levels with the Adobe Global Services and Field Sales teams and various key customers and partners, this strategic role leads every phase of project planning. This covers defining the project scope, planning, monitoring timelines, and prioritizing resources. The position partners closely with the Adobe Delivery team to coordinate the technical implementation. <br>What You'll Do
<br>Work with customer(s) and Adobe Field and Services Sales teams to clearly define project scope, requirements, and integration points. Document these details as they relate to solution implementation.
<br>Coordinate project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests - including tasks, deliverables, achievements, resources, and estimated costs. Act as primary point of contact for the client(s) throughout the project lifecycle.
<br>Achieve customer happiness through successful delivery of defined project scope. Coordinate and communicate critical issues across Adobe – including Field Sales, the Services Customer Engagement, and Product teams.
<br>Manage administrative portions of project delivery from inception to closure.
<br>Collaborate with third-party subcontractors, vendors and technology partners as needed.
<br>Capture and communicate experiences in formal retrospectives - relaying guidelines, customer experience, and resource feedback to the larger Adobe Services Customer Engagement practice.
<br>Coordinate critical issues across Adobe including sales, custom services, and product organizations.
<br>Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects.

<br>What You Need to Succeed
<br>Minimum 8 – 10 years of previous experience in a client-facing project management position, preferably within the Digital Marketing Cloud domain. This encompasses familiarity with Web Content Management, Rich internet applications, Web & Social Analytics, online Ad Targeting, and content Personalization solutions.
<br>8 – 10 years of demonstrated achievement in a software-focused PM position is strongly preferred. Previous experience as a project manager in a SaaS setting is required.
<br>Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes and to articulate high level technical solutions to address business problems.
<br>Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them quickly and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
