Responsibilities

</li><li>Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring they are sprint-ready and aligned with the program backlog.
</li><li>Actively participate in agile ceremonies &mdash; sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews &mdash; to ensure delivery stays aligned with business intent.
</li><li>Create and maintain key artifacts including business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flow diagrams, data dictionaries, SIPOC diagrams, and gap/impact analyses.
</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams &mdash; clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and manage scope discussions in real time.
</li><li>Conduct impact analysis for change requests, assessing downstream effects on processes, systems, data, and dependent workstreams.
</li><li>Support UAT planning and execution &mdash; define test scenarios rooted in business requirements, coordinate with business users, and track defect resolution to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
</li><li>Work closely with the Program Manager to provide requirement-level status updates, flag risks and dependencies, and contribute to executive reporting with clear articulation of business impact.
</li><li>Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities during discovery and translate them into actionable recommendations for the redesign phase.
</li><li>Maintain traceability between business needs, requirements, design decisions, and test cases to ensure end-to-end alignment and audit readiness.
</li></ul>Eligibility Requirements
<ul><li>Minimum bachelor's degree.
</li><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex, multi-workstream technology programs.
</li><li>Proven ability to work within agile delivery models &mdash; writing user stories, managing acceptance criteria, participating in sprint ceremonies, and grooming backlogs alongside product owners and delivery leads.
</li><li>Strong requirements elicitation skills &mdash; workshops, interviews, process walkthroughs, data analysis, and documentation review.
</li><li>Experience creating and maintaining artifacts such as BRDs, functional specifications, SIPOC diagrams, process flows, data mappings, and traceability matrices.
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate with senior business stakeholders, translating business intent into structured, actionable requirements.

The Senior Analyst, Business Affairs Administration is responsible for managing all aspects of side artist clearances for a label within Sony Music Entertainment. This role independently handles the drafting, negotiation, and finalization of waivers related to all side artists and serves as a key operational partner to internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:</h2>
<ul><li>Manage the drafting, negotiation, and finalization of side artist waivers, ensuring all terms align with company policies and industry standards.</li>
