 Table/ Side Station Setting and Presentation:
 
 Set tables/ side stations according to established standards, ensuring that all elements are meticulously arranged to enhance the dining experience. All areas of the restaurant must be always kept clean and tidy, this list includes and is not limited to the dining room, tables, chairs, side stations, bar display, expo, dish pit, etc.
 
 
 
 Order Taking and Processing:
 
 Take accurate food and beverage orders, as written in the Order Taking SOP, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to specific guest preferences or dietary requirements.
 
 
 
 Upselling and Recommendations:
 
 Utilize knowledge of menu items and guest preferences to make appropriate recommendations and upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience.
 
 
 
 Problem Resolution:
 
 Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest and in line with hotel policies.
 
 
 
 Team Collaboration:
 
 Work collaboratively with all Service Professionals and Management team to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive guest experience.
