This role offers independence, variety, and the opportunity to work with modern equipment across multiple product lines, including propane, heating oil, kerosene, diesel, and gasoline.<br/></p><p>Along with each customer visit, you will provide usage instructions for all equipment and appliances service. Review account details, collect payments or provide invoices, and confirm future service with customers. Through excellent service and customers referrals, you will be part of our success in growing and maintaining FAE market share.<br/></p><p>What You Will Do<br/></p><p>Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of propane systems, equipment, and appliances. Job Summary:

In a safe, efficient and professional manner the Maintenance Technician II will support the Maintenance Manager in the preventative, corrective, and general maintenance. Other duties include, but not limited to, daily assessments of systems, maintain a clean working environment, and other various duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician, while adhering to all safety and health standards. The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing preventative maintenance in accordance with the CMMS schedule, assisting other Maintenance Technicians with repairs to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. All work is to be performed according to manufacturing standards and will follow change process of qualified core equipment. The Maintenance Technician II is also responsible for following all processes to support client satisfaction.</div>
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Performs preventive maintenance on HVAC systems per CMMS scheduling. Changing of filters and belts as needed. Cleaning of cooling and heating coils, while checking condensate drains. Lubricating bearings on pumps and fans as needed.
</li><li>Installs lighting ballasts and bulbs as needed per CMMS work request.</li><li>
Assists, when necessary, the Lead Technician or Maintenance Technician III in repair, adjustment and maintenance of refrigerants, heat exchangers, HVAC equipment and systems, electrical, emergency backup systems and hot water systems; chilled water, and air conditioning equipment; boilers, heating, ventilating and hot water heaters; pumps, valves, piping and filters; other mechanical and electrical equipment; records readings as necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment and makes adjustments where necessary to assure proper operation of equipment and notifies appropriate parties of any problems or malfunctions.</li><li>
Analyzes the operation of various systems, determine the cause of problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required.</li><li>
Supports occupant satisfaction processes by ensuring clients are informed about the status of their request in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>
Performs building rounds and is responsible for reporting equipment malfunctions, noises, smells or odors that could be potential problems, to the Maintenance Manager or Lead Technician.
</li><li>Performs and documents maintenance and repairs timely and accurately.</li><li>
Manages time wisely. Remains productive while working independently.</li><li>
Maintains tools and orders supplies as required for installation and repairs.</li><li>
Complies with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintains a clean and safe workspace.</li><li>
Safely uses hand tools, power tools and test instruments to maintain, troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment.</li><li>
