The Social Content Creator will be responsible for developing, producing, and optimizing high-performing social content across both organic and paid social channels. The ideal candidate understands how to create content that works in-feed and converts in ads, leveraging platform trends, audience insights, and performance data to continuously improve output.

Paid Social Creative Support</h3><ul><li>
Partner with Paid Media and Agency teams to develop ad creative aligned with campaign objectives (lead gen, conversions, awareness)</li><li>
Create and iterate on multiple creative variations to support testing (hooks, messaging angles, formats)</li><li>
Apply performance insights (CTR, CPA, etc.) to refine and improve creative output</li><li>
Develop content that aligns with platform best practices and conversion-driven storytelling</li></ul>
