 FoundRae is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team to lead and execute our social media strategy across all platforms including content creation &amp; ideation, research, scheduling, and reporting/performance.  Rylo is looking for a strategic and creative
 
 Social Media Lead
 
 to own our social media presence, grow and engage our community, and drive our influencer strategy. This role is ideal for someone who understands content, advocacy, and community-building, and can represent Rylo authentically across digital platforms and in-person events
 
 .
 
 
 
 
 On a Day-to-day Basis, You Will
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own the strategy, execution, and performance of Rylo&rsquo;s social media channels, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and more.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and manage content calendars, creating platform-specific content that drives growth, engagement, brand awareness, and product adoption.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with creative and editorial teams to develop compelling content, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor social trends, audience sentiment, and industry conversations to keep Rylo relevant and culturally attuned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Grow Rylo&rsquo;s visibility through community-building, partnerships, advocacy initiatives, and influencer collaborations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Rylo at industry events, conferences, panels, and networking opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze social and campaign performance, applying insights to improve content, engagement, and conversions.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, community management, brand marketing, or advocacy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of growing social media audiences, engagement, and brand awareness across multiple platforms (such as LinkedIn and X).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content strategy skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience building and engaging online communities and strategic partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for inclusivity, accessibility, and empowering underserved communities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident public speaker or on-camera presence (with or without interpretation).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with social media analytics and performance optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with influencer partnerships, creator outreach, or influencer marketing is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Video editing or visual storytelling experience is a bonus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Availability to work hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone.

 Compensation
 
 
 
 $120,000&ndash;$200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
