With a large presence on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels, we need someone who can speak the internet language of our learners. The Role:<ul><li>
Create engaging and on-brand original social content for use primarily on TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, and LinkedIn that adhere to the Dagne brand voice and aesthetic while infusing a fresh personality and point of view</li><li>
Keep Dagne Dover content fresh and relevant by applying weekly and monthly reporting insights, researching current trends in social media, health, fashion, product design, and wellness.</li><li>
Strategically increase organic social channel engagement, following, and brand loyalty with the Dagne community by staying on top of the latest trending topics and understanding the current zeitgeist</li><li>
Regularly pitch concepts for new social media series&rsquo; or initiatives that are in line with the latest viral trends, while always keeping the brand voice and parameters in mind</li><li>
Lead the creation and development of real-time content and coverage of live events (will involve occasional weekend event coverage)</li><li>
Manage all social creative briefs and asset requests</li><li>
Develop shot lists and mood board social concepts for execution at all campaign photoshoots</li><li>
Organize and archive all content and deliver final assets to members of the design and marketing team</li><li>

Assist in management of editorial calendar consisting of social created content, UGC, and content provided by other departments and strategic partners</li><li>
Short-form video editing &ndash; quick and advanced video editing for made-for-social formats</li><li>
Build and export assets including interactive formats such as gifs, slideshows, short videos, etc</li><li>
Monitor competitor (and industry leaders) content to apply best practices, develop new ideas and improve the overall social media content strategy</li><li>
Track, learn, optimize &mdash; analyze and distribute reports on social media performance to the internal team and regularly make recommendations, updates, and improvements based on findings</li></ul>

4+ years&rsquo; experience working in a creative environment creating content for digital platforms &ndash; Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest</li><li>

The expected starting salary range is $95,000-$100,000.
