About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager of Social &amp; Influencer Marketing to lead the development and execution of our social media presence and influencer partnerships. This role blends creative storytelling, performance marketing, and relationship management to grow brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.You'll own our social channels end-to-end, while building and scaling an influencer program that delivers measurable impact. Responsibilities:

We&rsquo;re looking for a Manager, Organic Social Strategy within the PepsiCo Creative Studio to help shape and execute best-in-class organic social strategies across PepsiCo&rsquo;s beverage brands. This role focuses on turning cultural insight, platform understanding, and audience behavior into social programs that drive engagement, relevance, and sustained momentum.</div><div> 
</div><div>Brand and Social Strategy</div><ul><li>
Lead platform-specific social strategies for multiple major beverage brands, demonstrating a deep understanding of platform algorithms, engaging content and audiences.</li><li>
Translate brand objectives into actionable social plans, including audience insights, channel strategies, and content frameworks, grounded in clear audience segmentation and cohort-level behavioral nuance.
</li><li>Help create and maintain social playbooks that guide tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms.
</li><li>Stay on top of cultural trends, social formats, and algorithm changes and develop a POV on brand relevance and which opportunities to pursue, with awareness of how evolving format structures and distribution signals may influence reach and engagement.</li></ul><div>
Content &amp; Engagement:</div><ul><li>
Social-First Campaigns: Collaborate with creative teams to ideate and execute social-first campaigns that spark engagement and drive conversations.
</li><li>Real-Time Activations: Partner with community managers to identify and seize opportunities to participate in cultural and trending moments authentically and in real-time.
</li><li>Influencer Integration: Work with the influencer team to incorporate creators into social strategies, amplifying brand messages in unique and impactful ways.</li></ul><div>
Capability Development and Innovation:</div><ul><li>
Serve as a subject matter expert on all social platforms, including emerging platform opportunities and deep understanding of algorithms, culture and content trends including format prioritization, engagement weighting, and discovery mechanics that shape performance.
</li><li>Develop and streamline processes for digital brand communication across cross-functional partners (Legal, Consumer Relations, Communications, Brand, etc.) in partnership with Corporate Governance.
</li><li>Champion and embed culture-first thinking across the organization, driving strategies that resonate with consumers and align with current cultural landscapes, while ensuring content systems are responsive to real-time audience and platform signals.</li></ul><div>
Collaboration &amp; Team Support:</div><ul><li>
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with social listening, analytics, creative, and brand teams to ensure alignment across all social initiatives.
</li><li>Leadership: Act as a mentor and day-to-day leader for junior social strategists, providing guidance, feedback, and best practice support to elevate the team&rsquo;s work.
</li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Present strategies, campaign plans, and performance results to internal stakeholders and brand teams.</li></ul><div>
Measurement &amp; Optimization:</div><ul><li>
Social Analytics: Collaborate with analytics teams to track performance to inform optimizations.
</li><li>Insights-Led Strategy: Regularly review platform data, cultural insights, and consumer behavior trends to refine strategies and ensure content remains fresh and impactful, adjusting creative formats, cadence, and participation models based on real-time distribution and engagement patterns.

Compensation and Benefits:</div><ul><li>
The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.

Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications:
