 The Content &amp; Social Manager executes The Athletic Clubs' social and content strategy across all platforms&mdash;translating brand direction from the Director of Marketing into consistent, high-quality, on-brand content that drives engagement, intent, and real community connection. This role owns day-to-day content production, publishing, community management, and reporting. You operationalize The AC's voice in the wild &mdash; ensuring the brand shows up consistently, credibly, and with relevance across studios, markets, and moments, pairing strong creativity with operational discipline.

   Execute social strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reels) ensuring consistent voice and tone

   Uphold brand standards across all content, ensuring alignment with The Athletic Club's visual and editorial guidelines

   Act as a hands-on creator &mdash; shooting, editing, and designing high-quality, social-first content independently that feels current, credible, and culturally relevant

As the <b>Head of Presence&reg; Media</b>, you&rsquo;ll architect this new media engine, developing shows, shaping talent, defining our editorial voice, and creating the content formats that drive Luxury Presence&rsquo;s next chapter of growth. Your mandate is to build a scalable media function that makes Luxury Presence the most followed, most trusted, and most influential platform in real estate. You will launch our first two flagship YouTube shows, establish our NYC production hub, develop a real estate creator talent network, and operationalize a content system that expands LP&rsquo;s reach and strengthens our long-term defensibility. You will translate company strategy into video and editorial formats that attract followers, convert subscribers, and accelerate inbound demand. With success, you&rsquo;ll lay the foundation for a broader media ecosystem investment in 2027 and beyond.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Exceptional editorial instincts with the ability to shape a clear, consistent, and influential brand voice across video, written, and social channels.</li><li>
Strong showrunner sensibilities: A clear point of view on what breaks through, what doesn&rsquo;t, and how to adapt content to platform behavior (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).</li><li>
Hands-on production fluency, including pre-production planning, shoot direction, pacing, and post-production quality control.</li><li>
Ability to manage and coach on-camera talent, helping creators, real estate agents, and executives deliver compelling performances.</li><li>
High-quality writing skills with experience overseeing newsletters, lead magnets, research reports, OpEds, and keynote narratives.</li><li>
Social media mastery, with the ability to set platform strategy, evaluate content performance, and shape channel-specific creative across short-form video and written formats.</li><li>
Process- and detail-oriented, able to oversee operational tasks such as awards submissions, content calendars, derivative clipping workflows, and cross-functional content requests.</li><li>

Your Experience:</b></h3><ul><li>
7&ndash;12 years in media, content, production, journalism, or creator-led environments.</li><li>
Proven experience developing and producing video-first content, ideally YouTube or recurring show formats.</li><li>
Experience managing and directing on-camera talent (creators, executives, or hosts).</li><li>
A track record of shipping high-quality content on a consistent weekly cadence and leading cross-functional content calendars.</li><li>
Hands-on familiarity with production workflows: scripting, shooting, editing, and packaging.</li><li>
Experience creating or overseeing editorial content (newsletters, reports, scripts, OpEds, lead magnets).</li><li>

Lead the creative development, production, and execution of Luxury Presence&rsquo;s YouTube shows to build a substantial and loyal owned audience.</li><li>
Oversee the newsletter strategy, growing reach, increasing engagement, and driving measurable pipeline impact, in partnership with a content strategist and/or freelance writer/journalist.</li><li>
Oversee planning and producing webinars and event content that showcase Luxury Presence&rsquo;s leadership and generate demand, in partnership with a content strategist.</li><li>
Direct contributors and freelancers to ensure consistent execution across video, social, and written content.</li><li>
Oversee awards submissions, speaking opportunities, and thought-leadership campaigns to position Luxury Presence as the category leader, in partnership with PR/Comms Manager.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Social &amp; Distribution</b></h3><ul><li>
Lead Luxury Presence&rsquo;s social media strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.</li><li>
Manage publishing cadence, content calendars, platform packaging, and audience performance reporting, in partnership with social media manager.</li><li>
Amplify shows, press moments, product launches, and executive thought leadership through coordinated distribution.</li><li>

Talent Network</b></h3><ul><li>
Create and manage the Presence&reg; Talent Network; Build and nurture an early talent bench (clients + selected creators) to support show development, social amplification, and influencer activity.</li><li>
Partner with the PR/Comms Manager to manage talent communications, UGC collaborations, LP-focused influencer activity, and social amplification.</li><li>

Corporate &amp; Executive Communications</b></h3><ul><li>
