 A true creator: You concept, design, shoot, edit, and publish original content end-to-end.

 <li>
 A visual thinker with strong design aesthetic skills, able to translate ideas into scroll-stopping creative.
 </li>
 <li>
 A sharp writer who nails voice, humor, and nuance &mdash; especially when writing for a CEO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of experience in social content creation, personal branding, or media.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X; Substack/newsletter experience is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable producing content independently without templates or shortcuts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong POV on social marketing and what drives real engagement and growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, intelligent, and trustworthy &mdash; reliable in fast-moving environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Quick, witty thinker with cultural fluency and a strong sense of humor.

 Compensation
 
 
 
 The expected annual base salary for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 a year. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation and offer package will include the following perks below.
