Position SummaryBloch, the worlds leading dance footwear and apparel brand is seeking a Freelance U.S. Social Media Manager with proven expertise in social growth, engagement, influencer partnerships, and strategic content development within a fashion, lifestyle or active brand.This role will drive US focused organic social strategy, content and execution across our Bloch Active channels and assist in US focused content and strategy for Bloch Dance channels, to drive US customer acquisition, brand growth, and measurable business impact.The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-informed US focused social content that increase traffic, engagement, and conversion. They will spearhead the execution of engaging, social-first content and campaigns, elevating everyday moments into meaningful, high-performing content within a structured and regulated environment. This includes spotlighting Healthfirst&rsquo;s impact within communities, working with the growth and advertising teams to build awareness of health plans, and positioning the voices of Healthfirst&rsquo;s experts in bitesize content. Minimum Qualifications</h2><ul><li>

Experience working in healthcare or another highly regulated industry.</li><li>

Hiring Range*:<ul><li>
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $103,400 - $149,430</li><li>
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $88,700 - $131,920</li></ul>

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
