ABOUT THE ROLE
Red Seat Ventures is seeking a highly organized, creative, and growth-minded Manager, Creator Marketing to support Crime Stories with Nancy Grace and the CrimeOnline Podcast Network slate. This role will be responsible for driving measurable listener and viewer growth through social media marketing, platform partnerships, cross-promotion strategies, and emerging distribution initiatives.
This role will manage day-to-day podcast marketing and social media execution, including posting on behalf of the host and shows, ensuring content is timely, accurate, engaging, and aligned with the voice of Crime Stories with Nancy Grace and the broader CrimeOnline Podcast Network. The Manager, Creator Marketing will help expand audience reach across podcast platforms, YouTube, social channels, FAST channels, VOD, FOX One, and future distribution channels by coordinating cross-promotional opportunities, supporting platform relationships, and identifying new ways to increase discovery and engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in creator marketing, podcast marketing, social media marketing, digital content, audience development, distribution marketing, or a related media role</li><li>
Experience managing or posting on behalf of a public figure, host, talent, media brand, or entertainment property</li><li>
Demonstrated experience supporting measurable audience growth across podcast, social, video, streaming, or digital platforms</li><li>

What You&rsquo;ll Bring

The job requires:

<li>6+ years of experience working in digital and social media, in an agency setting or in-house</li>
<li>Experience with driving a brand&rsquo;s social media and content strategy, developing social media strategies and playbooks</li>
<li>Experience overseeing the social media content production process for a brand, and overseeing creative teams, photoshoots and video shoots with onset experience</li>

You will be responsible for creating copy, executing video content, managing posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and responding to our audience (in collaboration with our Developer Relations team), managing company image and messaging in a cohesive way.
 
 
 As Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
