What You&rsquo;ll Do
The ASPCA is seeking a multidisciplinary video producer that will develop, shoot, edit and optimize content for social media to bring our mission to save, transform and protect animals to life. This producer serves as a critical bridge between the Multimedia and Social Media teams, translating social strategy into compelling, social-first content that tells the ASPCA&rsquo;s story and engages our audiences. The ASPCA's Manager of Social Video Production will create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn by utilizing original footage and assets from the Multimedia team and organizational collaborators to tell stories, share information and drive social engagement.
The Manager of Social Video Production will be proficient in all aspects of production - from video ideation and coordinating shoot logistics, to independent camera and audio production, to meticulously organized edits and implementing motion graphics. Equally as important as their technical abilities, the ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse eager to apply both innovative storytelling techniques for social audiences as well as traditional forms of video engagement. In addition to producing video and collaborating with the larger Creative + Multimedia team, the Manager of Social Video Production will work closely with ASPCA&rsquo;s Social Media team, providing daily and long-term coordination of visual content and ensuring that all social video content aligns with both ASPCA&rsquo;s brand and our audience growth and engagement strategies.
Finally, the ASPCA&rsquo;s Manager of Social Video Production will provide expertise in online video optimization, including sharing their understanding of how focus, style and tone impact audience engagement, how to accurately measure video success across each social media channel, and how to leverage SEO for video content discovery.

Social Multimedia Content Production
<ul><li>Collaborate with program, marketing, external and creative teams to identify storytelling opportunities for social platforms.</li>

As the Guardian embarks on an ambitious effort to reach new audiences and expand our visual journalism, we're seeking an accomplished, creative and strategic leader to oversee our US video team. The head of video will set the vision for the team in partnership with other newsroom leaders, recruit and develop staff, and play a central role in overseeing the Guardian's US video output, including shortform video, breaking news, and new shows for YouTube and other platforms. The right candidate will have experience building large, engaged audiences and experience with the YouTube ecosystem and algorithm. We're seeking a highly collaborative leader who can work with global colleagues to lead the Guardian's 24-7 video news operation during the US time zone, work with US desk heads and reporters to amplify the impact of our text journalism in video formats, develop reporters and newsroom talent for video and commission original video stories. The Senior Multimedia Editor / Content Manager is an editorially-led role responsible for shaping and producing high-quality thought leadership and commercial content across text, video, and visual formats for both Storyful's Intelligence and News audiences. This is a senior content role that owns the full content lifecycle, from story identification and editorial planning through to packaging for web, social, and sales, with a strong emphasis on clarity, authority, accuracy, and brand voice. Editorial Strategy &amp; Content Production</h3><ul><li>

Ensure all web content is consistent in tone, structure, and brand voice in collaboration with the wider marketing team.</li><li>

Cross-Functional Collaboration</h3><ul><li>
Work closely across the marketing team to ensure content is aligned with broader campaign and GTM strategies.</li><li>

Hands-on video production and post-production experience, including editing capability across long and short-form content.</li><li>
