Job Description
Principle duties and responsibilities (Essential Functions) include but not limited to: 
 Inventory Management:
<ul><li>Maintain accurate stock levels for all guest room amenities, housekeeping supplies, and minibar items.</li><li>
Develop and implement efficient stock control procedures to minimize waste and ensure product availability.</li><li>
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>

Train housekeeping staff on proper minibar procedures.</li></ul> 
 Leadership and Support:
<ul><li>Assist the Director of Housekeeping with day-to-day operations.</li><li>
Lead and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional guest service.</li><li>
Assist housekeeping managers as necessary, including opening and closing shifts.
</li><li>Address guest concerns and complaints related to housekeeping and minibar services.</li><li>
Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation regulations.</li></ul>
Qualifications and Skills
