Manages (as required) all human tissue tracking in accordance with FDA standards from ordering, receiving, logging by model number, lot number, serial number, and expiration date. Presents tissue management data upon request from Joint Commission. Responsible for forecasting analysis, cost analysis, procuring, tracking, replenishment, and billing on all implantable items for all surgical and procedural services, while maintaining daily logs for regulatory needs.</li><li>
Responsible for entire analysis of inventory including but not limited to: Low Stock, Out of Stock, future expiring, open order reconciliation, and per case usage. Works with vendors to prevent stock-outs and assists in identifying appropriate substitute for backordered items. Communicates with Nursing, OR, Procedural Area and Clinical Lab Managers and supply chain staff regarding current stock levels, ordering, case schedule, backorders, product trials, and sub item issues.

Works closely with Supply Chain Sourcing team to provide data for updating supplier performance score cards.</li><li>
Responsible for all inventory management decisions including additions, changes, deletes, and par level analysis. Responsible for quarterly par reviews, highlighting detailed cost impact and savings, both short and long term. Provides data and feedback to clinicians on supply consumption and par level optimization, including preference card recommendations where applicable. Provides detailed analysis on RFID tagged items for cost savings tracking and utilization.</li><li>
Responsible for the flow, cleanliness (5S), and overall organization of owned and consigned inventory areas. Responsible for understanding/employing all lean methodology and participates in Kaizen events.</li><li>
Participates in Supply Chain process improvement activities and events using appropriate tools and techniques such as 5S, Standard Work, Managing for Daily Improvement, Value Stream/Process Flow Mapping and Pull System/Kanban. <div>The Senior Analyst, Revenue Growth Management - Innovation, will be responsible for supporting revenue growth initiatives around innovation through data analysis, insights generation, and strategic recommendations the innovation portfolio. Working under the guidance of the Senior Manager, RGM Analytics, this role focuses on analyzing pricing, promotions, and product performance to uncover opportunities that drive profitability and growth for Innovation.
Responsibilities Include:
<ul><li>Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and uncover revenue growth opportunities.
</li><li>Provide data-driven recommendations on PPA, pricing and promotion strategies and optimize revenue and profitability with new innovations.
</li><li>Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools to monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders post launch.
</li><li>Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, industry dynamics, and consumer behavior to support revenue growth initiatives.
</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain, to align on revenue optimization goals.
</li><li>Identify opportunities to enhance data processes, tools, and methodologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of analytics.
</li><li>Curious with critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and with ambiguity.
</li><li>Effective communicator, able to articulate and present recommendations to brand and innovation teams.</li></ul></div>
 <div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Economics, Brand Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
</li><li>5-7 years of experience in analytics, revenue management, brand management or a similar role. Exposure to pricing, promotions, or financial performance analytics is preferred.
</li><li>Understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques. Knowledge of marketing and financial performance metrics
</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
</li><li>Strong communication skills to present data findings clearly and effectively.
</li><li>Proficiency in Nielsen / IRI data. Familiarity with Numerator, or other panel data is preferred.
</li><li>Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is preferred. Experience with FMMC is a plus.
</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
</li><li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

The base pay range for this position is $84,648 to $118,507 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

 North American Procurement Director
 
POSITION SUMMARY
 
The Purchasing Director will oversee and optimize the management of the company's procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, maintaining a deep understanding of key markets and commodities. The individual will also build strong relationships with suppliers, implement sourcing alliances, and manage a small administrative team. This position requires a dynamic leader with proven expertise in procurement and supply chain management, as well as a comprehensive understanding of international freight logistics and the sales and operations planning process.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Oversee and manage all procurement activities for the company, ensuring the supply of high-quality materials in line with production and operational needs.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a working knowledge of key markets and commodities, continuously monitoring market trends and global supply chain dynamics.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, including developing strategic sourcing alliances to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.</li>
<li>Implement and drive procurement strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and ensure high standards of quality and compliance.</li>
<li>Lead, mentor, and manage direct reports, providing guidance and development to team members.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales, operations, engineering and R&D teams to ensure alignment among procurement activities and company objectives.</li>
<li>Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by collaborating with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure materials are procured according to demand forecasts, capacity availability, and inventory requirements.</li>
<li>Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize procurement processes, drive cost savings, and improve operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Manage supplier performance, including conducting regular supplier reviews, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and performance standards.</li>
<li>Work closely with senior management to manage budgets, forecast material costs, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.</li>
<li>Oversee international procurement requirements, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials across global supply chains. Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate international freight requirements.</li>
<li>Continuously evaluate procurement policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.</li>
</ul>
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
 <ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, materials science, industrial engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of five years of leadership experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Experience in sourcing chemicals or other direct materials used in industrial applications; experience in steelmaking or steelmaking chemicals is a plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and how to apply them to procurement and supply chain processes.</li>
<li>Proven track record of building and maintaining supplier relationships and sourcing alliances.</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation, communication, analytics, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions that align with company goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.</li>

WORK ENVIORNMENT
 This hybrid role blends remote work with occasional travel (approximately 20-25%) to supplier sites, Opta manufacturing facilities, and industry conferences. It offers opportunities for collaboration with internal teams and external partners in a dynamic supply chain environment.
