In collaboration with leadership, identify and implement operational enhancements aligned with strategic goals.</li><li>
Own the creation of EHR roadmap and strategy.</li><li>
Utilize best practices in Project Management life cycle methodology to ensure successful implementation and optimization of the EHR system.</li><li>
Address functional questions from clinical and business users and develop user documentation and training guides.</li><li>
Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support.</li><li>
Monitor and analyze support tickets trends to identify areas for ongoing training and system enhancements.</li><li>
Stay updated on the latest applications of information technology and clinical informatics.</li><li>
Document, monitor, and analyze reported issues to proactively identify potential risks and trends.</li><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare technology, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting clinical, revenue cycle, order entry, results, collaboration with finance departments and practice management modules of EHR systems.</li><li>
Experience in SQL coding language required.</li><li>
Knowledge of HL7 or FHIR preferred.</li><li>
Behavioral Health experience is a plus.</li><li>
Familiarity with NextGen is preferred.</li><li>
Experience in supporting and training clinical and business users.</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting skills with EHR vendors.</li><li>
Strong understanding of HIPAA Privacy and Security Guidelines.</li><li>
Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Strong team player with effective organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>
Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and discretion.</li></ul></div></div><div><div>
